I have a total of nine missed calls from this number. They always seem to call when I am in class. Other times, when I am home and nearby, they ring twice and hang up.

It is really annoying!

I just received a call from this number and a woman asked for me, I said yes that's me.  She said that they were with University Finder and was following up on a request for college information. She asked if I was interested in furthering my education? I told her that I was already in school, didn't request any info, and didn't know how they got my number.  She was like oh . . .ok and hung up.

..i been gettin alot of calls from ths number, ecspecially on a Sunday! i called it back one day last wk..said that it was a debt collector..DEFINATELY NOT ANSWERING THAT PHONE CALL lol and NO they wont leave a message.

Like other web sites and peoples reports I get up to 4 calls a day from this number, no one speaks when I answer, when I don't no message is left.  Returning the phone call is of no use, you get a recording for customer service and that is it no company info at all.  I've made several requests to have my # removed from their database and to not receive future calls and this went ignored.  The only sign that there was a person on the phone I've ever encountered was laughter and then the line went dead. I threatened them to be reported to the BBB, FTC and other organizations as well.  If it does not stop I will seek legal council!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I get the same call. I hope i find these peoples home phone number and i will call them everyday and just hang up

call me several times can hear someone breathing but they will not answer.

Getting calls from this number, no one answers when I pick it up, when I called it asked me to leave a message.

Received three calls in one day. Only went to voicemail when called back, and no one answered when I picked up. I believe its tied to an e-mail that I received and put my number in to.

SOMEONE CALLED STATED THEY WERE A UNIVERSITY FINDER COMPANY AND JUST HUNG UP. THEY KEEP CALLING AND HANGING UP 3-4 TIMES A DAY. I LEFT THEM A MESSAGE TELLING THEM IF THEY KEEP CALLING I WOULD GET A LAWYER AND SUE THEM. OTHER THAN THE ONE TIME ON ONE SAYS HELLO THEY JUST CALL AND WHEN THEY CALL AND YOU ANSWER THEN THEY HANG UP. WHEN YOU CALL THE NUMBER BACK ALL YOU GET IS AN ANSWERING MACHINE STATING SOMEONE FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE WILL CALL YOU AS SOON AS THEY CAN BLAH BLAH BLAH!!!! I'M CONTACTING AN ATTORNEY!!!

They sell you magazines at a high price.  They sold 5 of them to me for 69.73 or something like that for 15 months.  And at the end of the call they make you do this commitment thing over the phone and said that you can cancel at anytime.  Well, I was just going to call back and cancel anyways, but I could not get through.  It was like the number didn't exist.  I checked my credit card account and they already had my money and I wouldn't let them have anymore of it.  I called my credit card company and told them that I thought that I had been scamed and wanted credit card canceled.  The guy on the phone had the phone number of the scamers and gave it to and it was under a different number.  He then canceled my card and sent me a new one.  I called the new number and managed to get a hold of someone.  I told the woman on the phone that I wanted to cancel, but she said that I couldn't do that because I made a commitment, all she could do is lower the payment to 23.37 (I can't remember), but the length of time that I had to pay was lengthened.  It went from 15 months to 45 months!!!  I agreed and smiled as I closed my cell, knowing that they will never get another payment.

Put them on your no call list, report them, or even try calling them to what the hell their problem is.  Also google these numbers. I have found several websites for these numbers.

Also, I don't remember when they first called (I think in Feburary) and I just got a call from them an hour ago.

I believe they have to follow the same rules as telemarketers and follow somehting called the TCPA, which is the telephone consumer protection act.  If you have told them not to call you by law they have to put you on their do not call list.  If they do not, they are in violation, if you keep getting calls from these people file a complaint with the FCC. http://www.fcc.gov/cgb/consumerfacts/tcpa.html  there's a link toward the bottom of the page click on it and fill out the form with the number. or you can email the FCC with the phone number and give details that you can.

I just filed a complaint with the FCC, you should all do the same.

They keep calling and hanging up! So I called with a block number from my house phone and it is a answering machine?? I am fixing to call my laywer I have had this prob since Feb and looked the number up and found I wasnt the only one with this prob what else can I do it like a Scary Movie LOL

They call me about twice a day!! I finally got someone to speak when I answered. They said they were calling in regard to the college information I have requested and wanted to know specifically what I was requesting. However, I have not requested any information, so I asked where they got my information, and they hung up! They called again twice the next day.

I think it's from signing up for "paid Surveys"  It is one of the people on their list.  I think it's about getting a college degree online or something.
I just started getting the calls yesterday when I signed up to do Paid Online Surveys, I got 6 calls from the number within 4 hours.

I'm getting sick of them calling for me.  This makes two days in a row.... I WANT IT TO STOP!!!!!!!!

Okay, so I did something stupid...Against my better judgment and filled out a survey on the Internet last night.  Well, the phone has not stopped ringing today.  These people called me..I answered by saying "please take me off your list"  there was a long pause..I must have caught him off guard.  He said "thank you have a nice day".   I report EVERY single call to the DNC registry even if the call multiple times...The lesson learned is you NEVER get anything for free...
