Comes in as caller ID Survey.  Then a  recorded voice talks about lowering my credit card rates....stay on the line to be connected to an operator.  Then the call is disconnected.  when you call back another recording says press any digit to be removed from this list.  SCAMMERS!!!!!

I got a few calls from them today. i stayed on the line to talk about my lowering my credit interest but when i say i dont have a card they hang up. i`v been calling them back but keeps hanging up.

Yeah, the "final notice" is ironic because I have received hundreds of "final notices" from them.  Apparently they do not know the meaning of the word "final"!
