Call from 315-288-3008…. Leaving an irs message…well now, the irs never, ever calls… never.  They will write you…. Don't ever, ever give out your information.  Total scam.  It is a very disturbing message left on the answering machine; however, repeat, the irs does not call you, ever….

I got home and received a call from this number it's was recorded in a woman's voice, so I decided to block my number and call from another phone, some guy answered and seem startled when I said you told me to call you, he said I had the wrong number.

got a message when I got home from the "IRS" telling me that it is the final call and they are filing a law suit again me. I'm sure that this is not how the irs operates.

same stuff said IRS was going to bring a lawsuit against  me ..   BLOCK and do not call list

Voice message from a lady saying, "please call our department line immediately at 315-288-3008"

I got the call as well.  I know the IRS does not place phone calls.  They do all their correspondence thru mail.  I knew it was a scam.

Got a message when I got home that the IRS was going to sue me. I know that the IRS does not call you on anything. Don't call this number back.

Got a call this morning from 315-288-3008 said they were the IRS and they were going to sue me and this was the final notice didn't get the chance to get the number they left but called from my call log it was an answering machine that said,the person your trying to reach is unavailable please leave a message after the beep then tried to use the internet and it was not working called 411 they gave me the number for the IRS 800-829-1040 after a long wait on the phone I got through they said that I didn't owe the IRS any money and they were not going to sue me and that the call WAS A SCAM
and gave me a number for the inspector general of the treasury department to report it 1-800-366-4484. DON'T CALL 315-288-3008 IT'S A SCAM!! If you're still upset or unsure call the IRS directly at the number above or call 411 for the 1800 number your local office of the IRS will not accept live calls so the call is a SCAM!!!
