I placed an order with RX-Refill and they gave me the number as above.  Unfortunately, I paid in advance for this product but never received it.  

I would like to know the name of a person who has this number if possible.

I ordered from them as well. Said that I had to do a Western Union Money Transfer (made out to someone in the Philippines) becaue Customs was following up on people who used credit cards. The guy I dealt with was "Jerry". I think they are using a US phone number as a front, so they can funnel their money right to the Phillippines. I'd love to know if anyone is at the New York office that they call from. If you get anywhere, please let me know.
