received a call from this number 2 days in a row, no voicemail. tried calling back and it said this is a general outbound number from Syracuse University

Received multiple calls from this number. After picking up, only silence for a few seconds until call disconnects.

Calls on Sundays and weekdays - no message left - I feel it is some sort of scam,

I do not want to receive calls from Syracuse University.  I have a do not call registry.  Remove me from calling list!

same complaints as others. Phone rings, we pick up, no one there.

Got a call from this number today while on the phone with someone else.  Tried calling back.  Got a response that it was a general outbound number of the University.  Odd.

Call is fund raising for SU.

This is not the main number for Syracuse Univ.

indeed it is syracuse university. I got a call from some student trying to chat me up for money.
Stopped right in his tracks when he asked about my time there and I said "not great, in retrospect i should've gone somewhere else and not left 40+ thousand dollars of debt.

Obviously his training kicked in, he didn't take the hint and proceeded to ask me if I would like to help without actually using the word money or donate.  Just be straight up kid, you're wasting both our time!

Got a call. Some lady left a message saying the call was regarding my bursar account.

Yup, SU fund raising.

They have some nerve calling right after a loss in the round of 32 NCAA tournament.
I guess they need more money to field a team that can make the sweet sixteen.

Got a call....  It's from the IT Help Desk at SU. Which I did not call.

Said they were from the SU bursars office and wanted money for an overdue account. Was aggressive and had incorrect personal data. Communicated like a student, not like an employee in a financial office of a university.

I work at SU and got some calls from colleagues, but this number showed up on call ID instead of their real extension... odd.   There's spoofers out there too that can fake number.  ugh

Two calls stating I'd been sent an email in reguards to ibmf  and call back to join ibmf cohort..no idea. Sounds Scammy.

They’re still calling from this number. They asked me a bunch of questions about the football game I attended last season and then offered me tickets. As she was offering me tickets the call cut off.
