Got this info from Yahoo on the number.  They called me...the message on my phone was a guy humming!

I had a call on this number for a company doing market research. Offered me 120 pounds to meet re chalenges facing IT professions.

They called me asking if I was an office / home location. I said who are they?
They said market researcher but would not give their identity, saying if I was an office they could not conduct survey. I just hung up telling them nothing. It must be a scam as any reputable researcher would identify themselves.

I was contacted last night by this number. He didn't identify himself, but asked if i would mind doing a survey. He claimed it was a telecommunications survey. When i told him i was on my way out the door, he just hung up on me. Caller ID said knowledge syst on it. I naturally figured it was a scam, based on the fact he didn't announce himself and that he hung up when i stated i didn't have the time.

honestly this place isn't a scam, i've done focus groups for them. the people who work there are idiots though. i only got through to doing the focus group through asking to speak to a manager and doing a survey through them. they really need to hire people who have decent communications skills.

They keep calling me and hanging up.  Today a woman said, "Hi, my name is Maria and I am calling from..."  She put me on hold and then hung up.  One more time, and I contact the police a report harassment.

Male caller called, asked for me, Michael, to speak to me, told I was out of office, asked to take a message, He, voice on phone, said,"No, that's not necessary." and then he hung up. just happened 5/29/2009

A young man named Stephen called from this company called K S and R asking for help with a survey. I thought that this was probably a scam, but then I decided I would see where this goes and soon realized that it was just a survey. Stephen was very helpful and made me feel assured that he was just doing his job. Steven can call me whenever he wants : )

got the call yesterday. It rang one time and then just like that they hung up.

Must be desperate to reach me -- keeps using up my cell phone minutes (NOT!  Mine are unlimited but man, if I had to pay for the hang-ups and redials I would be majorly PO'd.)

Called several times on my cellphone over 2 months, never left a message

This number called repeatedly in the past year or so. I submitted their number to the National Do Not Call Registry, because they are becoming a nuisance. They have called as late as almost 9:00 at night on a Sunday for crying out loud. They do not leave messages, and I read that they are a scam company. I do not trust this company, and will not give them the time of day. They called again about 1/2 hour ago, and yesterday as well.

They called me up and was like, "next time i come back I'ma get that cocktail!...FRUIT!"

Got a call from this number yesterday.  Caller asked, "Are you home?"  The response was, "No."  The caller hung up...

I love how on these boards where dozens of people report pest calls and scams there is always someone who claims that they got the call and everything was just fine.  Seems that these posts may be made by the scammer.

They called our office twice, four minutes apart. I guess they are calling every number on a list so I can expect more calls when they get to our other phone numbers. The first time when I answered "Good morning, [company name]", they just hung up. The second time I answered "Good morning, [company name], how may I direct your call?" a woman asked to speak to the person who makes decisions regarding our telephones. When I told her that I did, she asked if I would be willing to participate in a focus group. I declined. I hope they don't call back.

i got the survey call just now too. wasn't a big deal. they didn't have any personal info of mine and they didn't ask for anything. they just asked about my internet and cable services that i've used. why i cancelled particular ones and things like that. I did get nervous though so i started googling the number to see what other people were saying. looked ok to me though like i said i told the guy with terrible communication and typing skills that i wasn't giving him any of my personal info and he said fine.
