Im constantly gettin calls from this number...this is all a scam.

[***] Alexander Stephens bitching me out of a loan he states that I opened 2/28/11.  Told him its a lie called me a [***] and liar.  told him he had papers send it in the mail.  if he had problems with me call the police department.  hung up right a way.

This guys call us for the loan,which we have applied from internet and this loan is not based on paperwork.
So they does not have the paper work but they the complete data of your SSN and Employer with your name and address.
And they are legalize to call you by American Government Norms.
Even i had a loan pending and they use to call me for ten times then i cross checked my checking account with amount and date they gave me and i had rcieved the money but i forgot to pay back them this amount.

These idiots are calling my job talking about a law suit 315-5192920  I

I have received several calls from a Mark Williams, with a heavy foreign accent, about an advanced payday loan they said with Advance Payday Loans which supposedly I did not pay back.  Well, I don't and have never had a payday loan with Advance.  They wanted to know if I wanted to settle out of court.  When I asked them to fax me the documents to give to my lawyer, they said they could not do that.  

These guys are SCAM ARTISTS.  DO NOT pay unless they can produce evidence of an unpaid loan.  You can further advise them not to contact you again or you will file suit for harassment.

Sara, they are scam artists.  Ask them to send you proof of the debt.  They won't do it, but will want you to agree to settle out of court.  Tell them to stop calling you or you will file suit against them for harassment.  That should take care of the calls.

Listen these guys have been calling my job about a loan and I want to know what I can to stop these harrassing calls?

Received a call from person from PCSDebt Colletion Services local address 101 E Green Street Ithaca NY.  After several attempts I received the address iorder to send a letter of validation.  The adddress given was the address listed above, funny thing is the internet lists this address as theTompkins County Public Library.
