I received a call from this number on my cell phone--I have reported it to consumer fraud division at AG office.

Said, "My debit or credit card had been suspended and to press 1 to reactivate," then it hung up. Called back and voicemail said this is Josh.

It's got to be a scam ! It asked me the same except
Wanted me to put in my 16 digit # . So I hung up
I called it back and got the same VM . Josh . He needs

For about a month I've been receiving hundreds of calls at least every other day of people calling back because someone is broadcasting my phone number on the caller id of a campaign.  My phone is literally incapable of making that type of a call.  Law enforcement agencies in many areas have been made aware of this and are allegedly looking into it.  If you have any problems you should contact your local law enforcement to see what (if anything) they can do a bout it.

I've had this number for about 10 years and use it for both work and personal use; I have no interest in giving up my number over what is likely going to just be a temporary situation.
