I am getting a call from that number the people don;t idea then sekf and I don;t know who they are

My question is if those people want to reach me they just have to send there information in righting

A man named David Smith told me I was being sued from his company unless I paid the 30,000.00 ASAP.

The company is called LLC Law Firm

Have received several calls from a "Eric Carver" who represents a "LLC." told me if I didn't calll back all he could do was wish me good luck. I did call back & he said I took out a payday loan & never paid a cent. He also asked me what I would do tomorrow when court officers and police came to take me away in handcuffs!

These calls are a scam that is been going on for months. First they use to be in LA, Calf. now they are in NY.  You should file a complaint with the FBI. THat is what I did.

These people have gotten their hands on my information and now they call me constantly.
I know it is a scam from when they said they were in LA, and now they are in NY.
I called the real Law Firm LLC in LA ans spoke to a very nice man who told me to close my bank acct
because it was a scam and these people have acquired my personal information. Also that I should run a TRW.  SO DO NOT SEND THEM ANY MONEY!!!

I received two calls in two days from this number...says they are looking for somebody Mohammed...
and that the call must be returned...OR ELSE...same name and MO as other ..i did try to call the number and it does not go through...it comes in as unknown on my caller id...

A man named Marcus than a "supervisor" named Charles Green told me my case has been turned over to the local authorities and I will be arrested tomorrow.
Each time I ask to give me any information, he hangs up on me.
Each person I spoke to in the office has HEAVY Middle-Eastern (Indian) accents.  They told me that I am a criminal and I will be arrested tomorrow.
My boss called them back for me and they said have her get an attorney. Than he said I need to stop calling and harrassing them.
Something is VERY WRONG here and I have filed a complaint on them.

The same crap happened to me today, they have been calling my job looking for me, i know i owe money but dont be telling me that it is out of your hands and i will be summonsed tomorrow and if i dont pay 1500 plus 299 to stop the case from going to court, they will come to my job and arrest me. So basically saying i have to pay them almost 1900. Court fees and if i get arrested would be about 5400 dollars. The same name Charles Green from llc law firm and someone name Melissa Smith and they all have heavy accents. When i returned the call today and they asked me what was the # they called to get me. I should have realized something there, then they asked me for my name..... I said how come if you have my address i never received anything in the mail from the company? I am still lost look out for these 2 numbers 315-532-6038 and 916-395-0000

I had the same type of thing happened.  Don't just [***] and whine about it, report it to http://centenniallawoffices.com/Telephone%20Hrassment.html and they can wind up paying you for harassing you.  If you owe money, you can also have the Centennial Law Office nogotiate debt for just $55 fee and the collection companies will stop calling you because they have to talk to your attorney instead or get sued.  Works very well for those that want to live in peace.

This is another in that class of mercenary law firms which preys upon the fears of alleged debtors about as badly as the collectors. They do nothing which consumers cannot do for themselves at a much lower cost and far more wisely. My report from July 2011 is linked below.
