Recieved call from a Officer John Marshall from American Credit Services claiming to be from Crime& Prevention Dept he left Msg on my VM i called back and got Answering mashine saying i have reached the US Goverment Dept????? Wonder why the Recording sound like a Guy who can barly speak English they gave me another number of 315-939-8452 same recording. this is a scam i Googled it dont fall for it

I also Recieved a voice mail from 315-604-3601 Its sounded like and Indian Man with alot of static in the back round. He said his name was Officer John Marshall from Some Credit Service and said if i dont call him back he will take legal action towards me! This is bullshyt and a SCAM!!!!

I received a call from 315-604-3601 saying he was officer Mark White and I will have legal charges against me because they gave me $300 and I need to pay it back by 1pm or they are pressing legal charges. I am going to find out where they are and attempt to press charges. I believe they are out of the country.

I received a call from 315-604-8222 & from Officer Mark White saying I was in a legal mess. When he realized he gave me the phone number of 315-604-3601, he quickly said I mean 315-604-8222. Too many complaints made against the 3601 number?

Yep i just got a call from 315-604-8222 from an officer john white, some dude with a HEAVY indian accent, he said he was from the federal dept of investigations, telling me i had a lawsuit pending, for 4-5000 dollars. you would tink if it was real that he qwould have gave the exact ammount, right? i also told him to [***], because if i actually had a lawsuit pending that i would not be getting a phone call i would be getting served with papers from a court official. then he said i have the chance to settle out of court right now over the phone for 74$, this is a BIG SCAM! dont fall for it!

Had the same call today to my house and cell.  Strong foreign accent. Knew my address, last place of employment, last 4 of my ss and dob.  I contacted the Auburn, NY police dept and they have had many complaints, but they say they can't trace the number.  It is listed under Northland Networks in NY.  Will do more investigating into this company and post any new info.

this number just called me at work had my address last 4 digits of my social. Stated that they work at US DEPT of crime and prevention. I hung up then called the number back and he said he was officer Mark White. I asked to speak with a supervisor and he hung up and called back claiming i hung up on him. Oh yeah called back with a name of Frank.  I had my entire staff listen on the call and I then asked him to never contact me at work again or I will report him for harrassment.

This Indian man call me every year with a different # & different name, last year he was Michael Smith, this year his name is officer John Marshall. When he called me he asked me for my ss # I refused to gave to him he say his calling from us government services. And told me that I owed. $ 495.00 if i don't pay it he will take legal action against me, he will  send a police officer to arrest me. I told him hey hey hey you need to stop all your BS cause I told him what he did to me every year with the same voice different name & # he hang up on my face. Don't fall for it guys .

Ok so this guy didn't call from the numbers mentioned above. But he told me his name was officer Johnny Marshall and that there's gonna be a warrent out for my arrest if I don't pay back a loan i never got. He sounded like he was indian thick accent and alot of static in the backround. And asked me to pay thru a money pack?? Idk what that is. Could this be the same dude???

I got a call from a guy with a heavy accent saying he was officer Johnny Marshall and that he was from a credit headquarters and that if i dont contact attorney general john wilson today then I would be arrested because i had a lawsuit against me but I have no loans out. I know this is a scam because for one the attorney general don't make house calls.
