The Person called me from 315-636-5214 number and he said that i m recieving Grants of 7000$. He asked for some Money like 320$ and i paid 320$ after this he asking for money like 870$ and i paid 870$ and Again he asked for 970$ and again i paid 970$ but still i didnot recieved the Grants of 7000$...He scammed me...They guys are sick God will sue him because our Police cant do this thats why..So please people Beware from Jhon Spencer...

I am also looted and now they are saying to pay tax (697$) to get 7000$ grants, please assist me to file a complaint online. They should be arrested and punished. Beware of them.

I paid 267.00 n got nuttin in return

the same thing happened.to me a lady named delly bennet sounded so nice and promised its not a scam.so I went for it.aftr sending $320 to a person who she said was a police office thomas gerard,i would get my 7,000 it sounded so legit!! So I called a guy name john spencer he gave me my confirmation number&said I would receive my money before 12am. For some reason I jist had a bad feeling about it.my boyfriend told me to call western union and have then cancel the transaction. Thank God I was able toget my moneyback. Beware of these scammers!i've learned my lesson..7,000 sounded to good to be true.

the caller that called me was[ john spencer from315-636-5214]and the other was [janet morrie 202-657-5308] i wish we could get them and get our  money back.

He's a scam. He took me for $320.00 and I want my money back.

I was also looted for 320+647+697 ~ approx 1700$ by the same person. And he is not just one person, it is the whole organization. They have organized teams that approach you with this 7000$ grant application. They make you talk to many ppl to actually make you believe that its true.

I received a call from this number. Gave them 330.00 in hopes of receiving a grant.

I also received a call first from 1 (770) 926-5021 a lady name safiya Smith and she told me that
I have 7000 and transfer my call to some guy name
Mike parker (202) 470-0931 and he told me to send $332
To someone in India through western union and I only paid $170
And mike told me to call him after 1hour so I did
He ask me my confirmation # again and told me to  call his officer Gary Watson which to me Gary has
The same accent and voice as Mike parker

They scammed me too for $320.00. Has anyone tried reporting them to the police?

I just got a call from this number (315-636-5214).  The caller said he was calling from the United States Grants Department.  I told him there was no such thing, and that my number is on the do not call list and he needed to take my phone number off his list and never call me again.  He insisted that he was calling from a legitimate branch of the federal government and started into his spiel about that I had qualified for money.  I again told him there is no such agency and he needed to take my phone number off his call list.  He started talking loudly over me to continue with his spiel and to insist that he is calling from the United States Federal Government Grants Department.  I hung up at this point and blocked the number through my phone provider.

I've never had a solicitor/scam that was so insistent on sticking with their spiel even after I tell them that my number is on the do not call list.  Usually this will end the call.  

I was shocked when he continued despite the fact that I made it clear that I knew he was not calling from a legitimate company/branch of government and that this call constituted a scam.  Makes me think that these scammers are really bold and will go to greater lengths to scam people than many other scammers/solicitors will. Be smart and beware--don't be a sucker!!!
