Person calls and tells you that your computer has been hacked and then wants remote access to it.
The Company is supposed to be called: Computer Phone Health..

Person also gets rude and irate when you challenge him..  Does not like for you to tell him
what part of his body he can insert his phone....

Now how would he know unless he was the one who hacked it..

SCAM all the way.

Person also goes by the name of Harry Wilson but has in Indian accent.

I just received the same call and they said it was Richard Collins and wanted to remove a program called keylogger.

Called insisting they were calling from Microsoft Support Centre, said they were getting numerous reports about malware on my computer - I repeatedly asked them to prove they were Microsoft - they had an answer for everything. They used the name "Ask Remote Xperts" from UK. There is a Canada number which is just an answering service. I called and said I wanted to report that their telemarketers were saying they were calling from Microsoft - surprise - no one has called me back.

Update - did hear from Ask Remote Xperts - they are legitimate service - said they are having trouble with a call centre in India and they are working on matter.

I got a call this morning saying the same thing - someone is using my IP address to carryout criminal activities.  Said it was because we were using Microsoft. He was rude when I asked about verification.  I told him I would call him back and he gave me this number.  Also had a strong accent but said his name was Glenn Anderson.  The reason I answered the phone was because it showed up on my caller ID as a local number.

Recieved a call with local number. Caller with Indian accent claimed they work for Microsoft, based in united kingdom. According to him they have recieved several error reports within the last couple of weeks  from my pc,so wanted me to grant him remote access. So, i asked for his number. He said 3156424364. I asked to confirm so that I could call back when I have time. Checked on Google only to find out Philadelphia number.

Anna from the above number from Call Remote Experts is a SCAM.  They ask you to turn on your computer b/c you have viruses and hackers have accessed your computer,  and they want to clean it up.  When asked the company name she (Anna) gave the website: wwwammyydotcom  and when asked for a phone number of her company, she gave the number 315-642-4364 as above.  I told her the company was a Scam and she asked "How do you know?"  I answered "Because I looked it up on the web."  She called me a "Stupid Woman."  I told her she was nothing but a crook and NOT to phone here again and I hung up.

Someone just called with an East Indian accent, asked me to turn on my computer, since he wanted to give me the name of the haker ?

Same thing from "call Experts" well dodgy.. this guy called sam Watson phone me from there, saying somebody has hacked into my computer. stupidly I agreed to let them remotely take over my computer. he then showed me a series of things to lead me down a path of total untruths. when I disagreed with him he said for £130 he could fix it.. when it was completely fine before he went into it. I then said I wasn't interested kept me on the phone for 1hr. when I finally got rid of him, I had found out that he had locked my computer with a blocker... so I couldn't even get to my desktop..so basically they phone you up. mess up your computer then charge you £130 to put it back to how it was.. I phone MICROSOFT they HAVE NEVER HEARD OF THEM.. Microsoft said that they never make any outgoing calls to customers..
please stay away from this company BAD NEWS. luckily I didn't part with any money, and Microsoft managed to put it right.. DONT TRUST "CALL REMOTE EXPERTS" they are NOT Microsoft Supported Engineers.

Same number, Indian accent.  Valid number to call back.  Upstate New York disposable phone. Curses with flawless English (perfect f-bombs). Reported it.  Anything going to happen?  No. but as you can see, I am posting with my computer and he said it would stop working in 1 hour.  Not yet! (Not ever)

Have u ever in the earth heard about pipebombs..Its time to be honest..We are not scammers or hackers..
Although you can call us crackers..We are a Legitimate company and we provide genuine services to Microsoft Based operating system..Anybody having doubts can call me on 3156424364..Thank you so much for all of your kind posts..

somebody called me a months ago and they told me that i have some malwares and spywares in my computer and they ask me to turn on my computer but i didn't follow them and i ask them their callback number. the number they gave me was 3156424364. last night my computer was not turning on so i called this number and i got Richard Warton he helped me a lot so i don't who they were but they were helpfull  to me.....

CUSTOMER CALLED OUR OFFICE LINE TO SAY THE COMPUTER HAS BEEN HACKED AFTER QUESTIONING WHETHER OR NOT COMPUTER WAS ACTUALLY TURNED ON...PROVIDED NAME OF JOHN...EMPLOYEE NUMBER J364 AND CALLED FROM 315-642-4364

The same people called me. After telling me about the multiple, supposedly thousands of hacks which have been attempted on my computer he lead me to ammyy.com which is a remote desktop connection. I was about to give them my ID number for this website when I realized this was a scam and stopped. I read these posts and came to the realization this is a SCAM.

I just got the same call other than this time his name was Abby Jordan and calling for the company of " My PC Expert". I kept him on the phone and tried to waste as much of his time as possible lol. I figure the more time he spent with me the less time he
would to try and get someone else. I called him a lair and he spent most of the time trying to convince me that he was a rep of the licence issuer of Windows. At the end he got really frusterated and said he was going to cancel my licence with windows!! lol Anyways stay sharp people, he's still trying to get remote access to your PC...

Person with heavy East Indian accent whose name is "John Dickson".  Go figure....

Tried to tell me that my computer is hacked and asked me to allow him to remote access my computer.  Do I sound dumb to you?

Guy with an east Indian accent named Bob Miller ... yep, Bob Miller, said my pc had been compromised as is consistent with the previous posts.  Asked him if he needed my credit card number as well.  Thought I might as well get all possible scams out of the way at one time.  Forgot to offer to buy stocks from a possible Ponzi scheme though.

ask pc xperts is a genuine company and  they provide proper services in windows computer. They are not from microsoft and they did not says that.I am fully satisfied with the services which they provide to me...i have also visited their website.....
