This number called my cell phone; when I answered nobody spoke until a few seconds later.  It was an automated voice and all it said was, "Good-bye" and hung up. I tried calling the number back and I got the automated message that "the number can not be completed as dialed..."

I keep getting calls from this number, at different times of the day, mostly morning. But they never leave a message, as i refuse to answer because I don't recognize the number. But I'm getting annoyed!!

Pretends to be tech support for MS Windows, saying my PC is reporting errors. Likely will try to scam you to install malware on your PC to give them control over it. AKA This is a basic social engineering attack.

Got a call, but did not answer it. Please report this as abusive.

This phone number calls at least 4-5 times a day. When I answer they either hang up after a pause, or I get the "good-bye" automated message or they say they are calling from computer support. I have asked them numerous times to take my number off their list and do not call and they keep calling! This is getting frustrating.

harrassment call

Same experience as Joe here. Some guy trying to tell me my computer is infected. Wouldn't give me details about his company. I was not alarmed at all as I regularly schedule my own premium antivirus and antimalware software. I did not believe the person and I am here telling you all it is probably a scam.

This is not a 1 time calls it happends every 2 or 3  weeks I am tired of this people, I can't understand their language(very broken English)  because mine ist't as good either

I receive these calls all the time. I like to play along. I pretend to have no idea that I can tell they are in what is probably Africa (the accent sounds like a friend of mines from there), and I keep them on the phone for long periods of time. Not once have I ever done a single thing they have told me to, and I make them explain it about 100 times lolol.

I got a called from.this number but no body answer

This number continues to call my cell phone. Computer generated....several seconds go by and a voice comes on. I wish these calls could be blocked.

Got a phone call from same number. Heavy Pakistani, or Indian accent pretending to be a rep from Windows.  Stated my computer has been generating error messages and is not working properly because of viruses.  I said, No my PC is fine. No virus, no malfunctions or error messages, so it is working fabulously.  Goodbye, and please take me off your list of people to scam.

I got the same claim. No name was given.

Claimed to be tech support and that my computer was reporting viruses.

I receive calls from this number all the time and have had the same experience as others have reported here.  It is annoying and wish there was a way to stop the calls.  I do not answer any more, but they are persistent.

That's exactly what it is. We were on the phone with them for about five minutes. It's a malware scam.

Received call on cell phone  3/18/15 at 10:26 p.m.but no one was on the line.  Called back but call could not be completed as dialed.

I keep receiving call from this number, when I answer it hangs up no one on the other end. When called back states number is not in service

I didn't answer, but they left a message with a sharp tone, then "Goodbye."
