I received a call from this number with an automated message stating that the IRS was suing me and that I needed to call them back immediately.  When I called back a man with an Indian or Arab accent asked me to verify my address which he quoted as one that belongs to my mother and then asked that I give him my new contact info.  I told him I would not seeing as how the IRS already has my correct address on file.  The man then told me that if the call was disconnected the police would show up at my house, arrest me and I'd spend the next five years in jail.  Obviously, the Federal Government (IRS) would not make such a threat considering the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act forbids creditors/collectors from making such threats.  It was at this point that I knew I was not being called by the IRS, but that instead this number is a SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!

I just received this phone number and a message to call back, the phone number popped up as the IRS!!

I just received this call a message stating "File, call immediately on department number..."  SCAM for sure. DO NOT PICK UP!

just got this call, called back and i asked them alot of questions.

received a message from 3156754164 I called back from a different phone and the person asked if the phone I was calling on was the phone I rec'd a message on.  I told him no and would not provide the other #.  I asked his name and ID# since IRS Reps normally provide a # and he said his name was Lee Wilson id# GS10079 and that he was with the IRS, I was being sued and there is a warrant for my arrest.  When I asked for a supervisor the person hung up.

Same issue big time scam going on

Stated that it was the IRS and I needed to call them back immediately. Did not answer, received it in voicemail and blocked this number immediately from my phone.

Just received this call. Left a message to call back immediately "to get more information about a case file". Definitely a scam. Blocked the number.

Automated message,  "...call back immediately regarding a law suit filed against you..." Obviously, not calling back.

Called me today. IRS thing too. BS! Don't bother with it.

Would it matter?

After over 5 years of warnings to the public in every type of media possible, including warnings on their website, yes, I would say they are aware of this.

I just received the same message from Social security.. that my # was being suspended. ??????  WTF!!!!
I immediately block the number!!! ALWAYS CHECK A # OUT.. TOOO MANY SCAMS GOING ON !!!!!!
