I keep getting calls from different numbers, but it's always the same voicemail that they leave. It's a recording telling me that a law suit has been filed against me by the IRS, and to call the number back for more information, but pretty sure this is not legit.

Same as above.  Recording stating IRS has filed a lawsuit against me.  Call back  immediately. SCAM   SCAM  CID says unavailable.

I got a call from 315-825-4201 and 260-213-4106 both saying it's from the IRS Internal Revenue Service and that a lawsuit is being filed and to call back.  The 315 # is Syracuse and it rings twice and goes "dead".  The 260 # is Indiana and it rings and then it's a Verizon Wireless recording saying the number has been changed or disconnected, etc.
