It looks like another scammer using this number, received phone message before 7 AM my time (!!!) from a woman with a very strong Indian accent, claimed her name was Susan Williams, said her office was called Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) and that there were 3 serious allegations listed against me and that a warrant was being issued for my arrest.  After researching, there is an IC3 government agency which handles internet fraud but these calls are coming from a landline in Geneva, NY.  Other people have reported calls from this number using the same tactic.  I strongly suggest that anyone receiving calls from this number contact the FTC hotline at 877-382-4357 to file a complaint.  The fact that they claim to represent an actual government agency is something people need to be aware of.

You're exactly right. The IC3 is currently investigating these people, and I think they're impersonating them so people will think they're actual agents and be too intimidated to file a complaint. It's a felony to impersonate a federal agent-they will find that out the hard way. Good for them-they have it coming.
