It's a con man saying he's from the US treasury. If u wait long enough you will hear a recorded message from a guy with a foreign accent saying if you must call, long story short it's a con. They say u owe money to IRS and will try and get you to pay. They threaten you saying the police will be there to arrest you in 45 minutes and you will be taken before a judge. It's nothing to worry about.
