Was a recorded message regarding "my credit card" (although I have none) and that this was my 2nd and final notice, press 1 to get more information, so I did, and asked the man to remove my # off his list.  He verified my # (from caller ID I'm sure) then asked me to wait while he processed it.  then he asked how old I am.  I said I don't know what that has to do with anything and he asked if I was older than 18?  And I said yes, then he asked again for my age and I repeated I want him to remove my phone # off their list.  he said if I was 20, I had a young [***] and if I was older than that, it was an old [***].  At which point I hung up.
I have no idea who the company was but that was downright rude.  I was hoping I could find out the name of the company.

They are stealing all your personal information off your phone. DO NOT ANSWER THIS NUMBER!

I received the same message, but as soon as I realized it was recorded and heard press 1, I hung up. I'm on the Do Not Call List which puts them at risk of getting fined... but I deleted their number out of my call log. :( Will still try to see if I can file a complaint.

They are trying to get your card number over the phone

Same here, total scam, contact Birch Telecom Inc, inform them that you will be contacting the FCC and the state of Kansas corporation commission to file a complaint. This will make them reply to the complaint in writing. They will not care for this at ALL.

I got a call from this number several times, glad I didn't answer.

Called.  I pressed 1 just to waste their time.  I did not say anything.  Hello.  Hello?  He finailly said that since I did not talk, I would be billed 50 dollars to my phone.  Said [***].  You called me.  He got pissed.  I hung up.  Geeez.....

They said I had a chance to lower my credit card rates...I have no credit card! It's a total scam. They wanted my personal info. I just like to BS with these people. Beware!!

Got a call from this # also. Get used to them with just the city state listed in caller ID so I know it's just a BS call about credit cards. I wish someone would put these idiots in solitary for a month and fine them oh lets say everything they own!!

Get calls all the time from this number about lowering credit card bills.  If you tell them that you do not carry a balance on your card they hang up.  I would sure like to find out who the pricks are and get their number as I would like to call them.  However I would like to visit with them in person.

I have continued to get calls from this number and today I pressed 1 to speak with an operator. I know it was a scam so I kept asking for a call back number or physical location so we could "discuss in person." They would not give me this information and we went back and forth for 15 minutes as I wouldn't supply the last 4 digits of my credit card number that had a balance of 70,000. (I do not own a credit card). Once I got bored with wasting their time I told them thanks for their time because I had been able to successfully record and trace their call and would be suing them for illegal telemarketing practices. (I didn't do either obviously.) At this point the man panicked and said he would sue me and cancel my cards. I told him go for it since I have none. Though I only managed to make them angry (success) there has been a recent crackdown on these robocall companies so I'm sure it caused a little bit of panic and will hopefully keep them from calling in the future. I've also filed a report with the FTC. I suggest wasting their time and trying to make them panic as much as possible.

I didn't answer the call but called back on a land line and it said it was "the voicemail system" wanted an extention number.

Answered but no one talked backed just hung up
