Keps calling - never on the phone?

Caller ID said Alarm company. Recorded message says they will be in your neighborhood installing free alarms for your home. They have to cut your phone line, etc., etc. (I hung up on it!).

gonna give me a free security system.  i let him hear the system---the hang up in his face system.

this number calls repeatedly and when I answer phone call, no one is there..   I say hello, hello and no one answer.  I want to be removed from the call list

I get at least 3 calls from this number daily.  I am on a no call list but am still getting these calls.  I would like them to stop calling this is annoying.

Received a call from this number and when I answered it was just a recording.

This number keeps calling me comes up mount hope ks.  I don't even own my own home! So much for the research they do.  Never leaves a message!!
