I just got this call too. I called it back and I got a robot voice telling me to press 1 if I'm voting Democrat press 2 if Republican and press 3 if not voting. I hung up the phone.

I answered.  Was Bernie sanders campaign.  Said they got my cell phone number from a phone bank based on election registration

No message or anything.

Just got a call from this number also, answered, and they hung up.  Whatever.

The call records your voice when you answer it.  It then analyzes your voice to determine if you are male or female and whether or not you are a threat judging by the tone of your voice.  You are then digitally filed into a database so the government can have a percentage figure of how many people are most likely to resist in a marshal law scenario........or it could just be related to voting.  I would still suggest wearing tinfoil on your head ;)
