Called-left no message.

This number rang for a second and then missed called. Same happened 3 days ago. No messages were left.

i just called the number. its a debt collector place.i couldnt understand the name of the company because of the strong accent. i did catch 'credit' somethin...

Keeps calling and leaves no message

The caller requested to speak to a person.  I asked who was calling.  She identified herself as Tracy with Premier Credit.  She refused to discuss the nature of the call.     I told her to send a letter to this person.  Hung up on her.     Probably a creditor if I had to guess.    I believe the law is very clear about creditors sending a letter within 30 days of phone contact to inform you of any debt they're trying to collect.  Good luck.  These people don't understand laws. They make them up as they go along and hope no one turns them in.

Premier Credit.  They're a collection agency.  They call from 317-322-3617 & 317-322-3614 and never leave messages.  They obviously do not care if they are calling the correct #.

Some [***] [***] keeps calling me from this number.

This is Premier Credit. They are contracted by the government to collect on bills due the feds. The includes DOE, and IRS.

they call about every other week but never leave a message; pretty sure I don't owe the feds anything....

This company has know clue. They are trying to collect a debt from me that is 25 years old. Tried to settle this 25 years ago. Tried to explain to them how the college I went to promised alot of things about getting a degree, job placement, credit transferes and none of this was true the college was claiming it job placed its students. I found out that they scammed the government about job placement aqnd was getting money from the government. I use to do acct/receivables my loan has been written off at least 10 times they are not allowed to collect written off bad loans.

Keeps calling.  I do not answer.  Now on my reject list.

Was told I needed to pay IRS for outstanding debt and also about 3 different loans to a school I went to years ago. I find it odd how I owe the IRS nothing and only owe on one school loan. They demanded my DOB and SS number, total scam!

Got this weird call. I do not answer calls I do not recognize! Plus didn't even try to leave a message. I get it they are some sort of "debt collector". Well if such a reputable debt collector they should certainly be leaving THEIR CONTACT INFORMATION that they request out of us! Mmm how about they leave their ss# and dob for me on my message machine? That is one little trick I think I will use when I have accidentally answered their stupid call.
Okay got it off my chest. Oh and one more thing calling after hours tells me they have NO I mean zero respect for anyone else but the jerks they supposedly work for!

Called me at work, stating they knew I work security. How they know what I do is beyond me. They asked me to call them on my lunch break, I told them that since they know I work security, I couldn't guarantee WHEN I'd get back to them.

This number has called my church, my pastor personally on his cell phone.  It comes up as Premier Credit out of Indianapolis Indiana.  They have called where I get my work from.  I have blocked the numbers they call from.  They are aggressive and do this illegally.  They cannot take money from your food, clothing, a roof over your head or transportation.  I would add cell phone for a means for people to be in contact with you too.  I dont have a home phone.  

Actually if it is for a Federal Student Loan there is no statute of limitations on collecting.  I had to speak to a lawyer about this since they attached my Social security in order to collect.  I was informed by my attorney that there is no statute of limitations for monies due to the government.

This number has called my cell phone a few times. Never leaves a message. I see it is a collection agency. I don't have any outstanding debts, so I don't know why they are calling me. Also, the number they are calling is my cell phone number. Only my kids, my parents, my 2 sisters and my daughter's school have this number. I don't know where they got it from.
