    Who is this 317-401-8194?  When I call them back a lady says we are sorry for the inconvenience, we will call you back later, we are calling on behalf of the Indiana FOP.  Is that the fraternal or of police.  I see that the call # is a cell phone located in Shelbyville Indiana.  The calls come early in the morning.  What do they want if they hang up when you answer?  Very weird.

    Keep getting calls from the above #. I live in Indianapolis.

    Calls from this number are blocked.  But if they robo-dial everyone in Indiana, somebody will pick up.

    I to am receiving these annoying phone calls that do nothing but hand up when i answer. Are there not laws in place to avert these types of annoyance.
