this number calls me at work and told me I had a loan in the amount of 498.00 that had not been paid and if I did not pay it today they would be at my job in three hours to arrest me for theft by deception! this was from some place called cash one and jim dawson, never heard of them.

This number just called me saying I owed a loan and I would be arrested then when I laughed and said this was funny he got real disrepectful and now doesnt answer the phone.

O yea he was a attorny and his name was mike jones

317 406 0046 is supposivly. A law firm in plainsfield , In.  And i owe them $8,653 for a $500 loan that i took out i guess...SCAM

Needs to stop harrashing people n get a life and job or needs to go bck to there country cuz they are pissen to many good people off

I keep getting multiple Casals from this number.. I have not taken out any loan and they are telling me that I am going to have problems unfold... Weird.

This number calls and tries to tell you that you have an outstanding balance. This is a scam. I reported it to the FTC

This number called me a work and on my cell phone leaving a message claiming something bad was going to unfold if I did the return the call. After researching the number and seeing all of these RECENT posts about this number being a scam, it makes sense! I have not taken any loans out nor do I owe any company money for a loan other than my car loan which is current and not through any company from INDIANA, I live TEXAS! DO NOT TAKE THIS CALLER SERIOUSLY and please report them! They can get people into trouble calling them at work with threats!!

They call me and say that I am going to be arrested in 2-3 hrs due to an outstanding loan in my name which I do not have the call me numerous times a day harassing me.

Seriously, This guy just called me at work. Said his name was Mark & that he works for a lawfirm. I work for bank dude like common you are going to have to do better that. Complete Fraud! Do not give him any info whatsoever!

A person claiming to be "Chris Wilcox" called my home and work and left threatening messages that I better return the call, or I would regret it.  I called them back and was told I owe five hundred and something on a loan and a lawsuit was going to be filed against me tomorrow.  He said if I didn't pay, I'd owe over $8,000 in legal and attorney fees and he'd have me arrested tomorrow.  I told him to send me the paperwork showing what he is talking about because I have no idea what he's talking about!!!  When I just said "ok" after he said I'd be arrested, he started yelling and got extremely hostile so I hung up the phone.  This is a scam and really scary - these people need to be stopped!!!

They just called me pretending to be Albert Hernandez, with some law firm and told me that I was being sued for a 300.dollar loan and that I could spend 8000 not to spear in court.

False company who uses illegal scare tactics with threats of jail time and embarrassment on the job in an attempt to get money. They claimed I had a loan I defaulted on and said they would make sure I was arrested before hanging up on me when I questioned the date of the loan. They could not provide the date of the loan and simply said "Before such and such 2013". When I questioned further and said I don't recall such a loan is when they hung up. Upon calling back, I was told to not contact them anymore.

Any one with half a brain cell can determine that is not a legit company.

This number call me threat arresting and being investigating under state blah blah... And I told them to call 911.

I just got a call from this number on my call phone say I am going to go to person if I do not call him back

They have my social security number, place of employment, banking institution and everything.  They need to stop harassing me.  I have no debts.  I could not understand the "law firm" because he had a thick accent.  

This stupid number keeps calling me and today called me at work and told me that I owed a loan of 548.00 and that after legal fees it would be $8,440.00 and asked if i had a lawyer well guess what I work for one STUPID you are gonna have to do better then that!! He said his name was Sheldon. These people need a life and to go back where they came from. How about getting a real job and stop trying to scam everyone our of their money!!

This number (317) 406-0046, called me at my place of work and said I owed $485.62 for taking out a loan.  I know for a fact that I haven't taken out a loan.  They threatened me, saying I would be arrested at my place of work.  I truly believe this to be a scam.  If someone could please shut these people down.  This is unbelievable.    

Called me and left voice mails stating I was going to be arrested. Then he called my work 2 in 3 minutes. I know its a fraud cause he doesn't even speak English.
