I got 11 phone calls from this number today.  On the 10th call I answered and a heavily-accented male said he was calling about the loan I applied for.  I told him I have not applied for any loans and to stop calling me.  Not 10 minutes later he called again.  This time I told him again, clearly, to stop calling me or I would be filing a complaint with the Attorney General's office and the FTC.  He proceeded to tell me to F&%$ off and hung up on me.

Its a scam report them to your local police department.

These ppl (indian accent) called me several times in a row (i was in another room) and so i called the number back and they told me they were calling about a loan i applied for. (PAY DAY) I adv they were mistaken bc i hadn't applied. I asked where they got my info and they hung up. I called back and asked again where they got my info and they hung up. So i called them several times in a row until they answered (since they think its okay to do that) and i adv to remove me from their contact list i do not want or loan and t never contact me again. They apoligized and stoped calling but to make sure i blocked this number. 3 days later i got a call from a diff number diff area code but the same accient say they are calling about a pad day loan that was not paid and asking for my attorney info. i never i didn't have a pay day loan so i told the guy well he better serve me with paper then, he didn't like that so much. but i am pretty sure these two company;s are related. i think they call about the loan, fish for info then try to scare ppl into paying. Dont give any info. I blocked both numbers. I am pretty sure this is a scam and i have even seen it on my local news. If you need to get a loan go into a place, but i would recommend a pay day loan bc its criminal how much interest they charge you.  Anyways SCAM SCAM FRAUD FRAUD. BEWARE.

Heavey accent male called asked about my payday loan (which I didnt apply for) wanted to verify info. I asked who applied for this loan, he said I wasnt autherized to get that info. Called back 2 times. I told hom I was calling the Indiana State Police and he told me "go ahead".
I called him back and told them I needed thier address to give them thier money and was told that they wouldnt give me that and asked why I needed it. I told Mike I wanted to come there to visit them and give them what they really needed

i got a call from this number and they told me i was approved for $1000 but the wanted me to send them $190 and the would western union me $1190 my fee plus the loan this sound to good to be true and I think its a scam

I just got a call from # 317-614-0078, they said that I'm approved for a payday loan.  In order for me to receive this loan, I would have to send them a Security Deposit via Western union, and I would turn around and I would receive my Security Deposit and the amount of the loan, right away from Western union ~ is it just me or does it seem like it's a scam?  Please tell me what or if I'm the only one that has had the same thing?

Dont do it they got me like that i sent them 375.00 for a $2500.00 loan after i told them i couldnt send anymore money when i called back the guy answered laughing mcdonalds it is a scam

I got 16 calls between 1:00 pm and 8:00 pm.  My sleep time.  I work nights.  They tell me they are looking for David Armstrong about an approved loan.  Can't understand most of what is said due to the heavy accent.  probably faked. They gone so far as to ask me if I'm not David Armstrong's wife, then am I a prostitute.  Then when I laughed and hung up, he called back up and said if I wasn't the wife nor his prostitute, would I marry him.  Cheez

Got the same set calls... out of Indianapolis area code 317 ... I actually called back and advised that I was putting a tracer on the phone calls...

They have called me several times telling me I am approved for $3000.  They want $203.00 Security Deposit to be refunded when the money is deposited in the bank,  I truly believe this is a scam.  DO NOT DO THIS!!

This number calls my business local number multiple times throughout the day. I've asked them each time to stop calling and remove the number from their records.

If they were giving you a loan why should you have to pay a fee upfront? It seems that the prudent thing for them to do, if they were honest, would be to deduct the fee from the principal. Red flags should go up when you have to send them money via Western Union so they can release your funds.

Anyone asking for a payment up front is a scam for 1. And 2 simply cover ur [***] by tellin them that there is no western union or money gram so for them to make it a wire transfer btwn accounts so its a recorded trsnsaction. ....they jus tried to get me lol I'm from nyc land of the hustle n scams so u gotta no damn well how to [***] a bull shiter......careful everyone I'm jus lookin out for the lil guys....
