Called on my cell phone.  Said something about being "Enhanced Collections Co."  Demanded I pay debt for some company I never had business with.  Very very rude.  Dont him I do not owe money to such a company and  do not call me again...Hung up.  Might have been a scam.

Call from LA. Did not answer. don't ans.calls  from numbers I do not recognize.
If it is from some collection agency they are full of it. Not delinquent on any bills.

Called my cell voice broadcasting message saying it is Rachael calling about my credit card debt and getting am interest rate of 6%. I have no credit card debt. I hung up. It is a TCPA violation to call a cellular # without prior consent.

I picked up the call but there wasn't any answer.

Got a called that ended after 2 rings.

Called, but I did not answer. I called back, it came back as non working number, ( SCAM)

Got a call from 318-499-6571 at 2:37 PM didn't hear a thing from the caller. I called them back and it picked up the call but heard nothing.

They called me today at 1:06pm. Didn't answer because I didn't know the number.

Called around 4:45 PM- I did not answer-no voicemail left.

Also received a call from this number.  I did not answer the call, but called the number back.  I got a message that it was not a working number.  Scam

didn't answer call but googled it after and all the info I found told me this is a scam. Gonna report to fbi

Left a message about lowing my credit card interest rates.  Most likely a scam.  Added to the blacklist.

You did the the right thing however you are wrong about the violation. A collector or telemarketer cannot call your cell number through an automatic dialing system without prior consent. They can still dial you up manually if they want regardless.

called and waited until I picked up then they hung up a few seconds after

Just got a call from this number on my cell. Like others who commented, I don't answer calls when #s I don't know. It's a waste of my time to even call the # back.

Called several times and left no message. Have no idea who they are or what they want. Never gave consent for them to call my cellphone

last post here was 6 minutes before me, got same call had not answered in time.

Got a call from this number today at 1:06pm.  I missed the call, but called back and it said "This number is not in service" ?
