Someone called me from this number left a message, i called it and told them they left me a message.... the guy said wasn't me... it was the same voice i'm not an idiot. and asked me my name. i told him he left me a message... again with that whole it wasn't me, what's my name. i hung up. if this is a real company or something, don't use them because they are friggin RUDE. and if it's a scam. please be careful. he never identified himself

That is a collection agency that handles Bossier Parish Community College (BPCC) debts. They are all very rude and expect for you to give them your information so that they will have the right to harrass you more and more.

The guy that left a message on my machine was named Scott Parker.  He calls and says it is very important but gives no information of who he is or what it is about.  The phone number is registered to Delta Financial Services.  I live in another state and have never been to Bossier Parish; I can't imagine why they would be calling me

I got a call from Scott Parker, today, of a similar fraudulent scam from "Delta Account Systems" 318-658-9921, demanding money and did not say WHO the debt was to, when, where, or anything else...he demanded to verify information from my under-aged son...asking if my son's name was ----...pretending to be a medical doctor asking for information about us. When I hesitated and told him that his manner seemed fraudulent, he raised his voice at me and said, "never mind we can get all the information we need to do this anyway."..and then hung up on me. I feel violated! I am certain, that there is a law suit, here...I am interested in talking to anyone else about this to find out more about him and then I'm calling a lawyer!

I received a call from Mike Green who was very rude on my answer service demanding me to call them back at 318-741-1290. Which is a debt collector for Bossier Parish College and different rural medical clinics.

Called out of the blue asking for my address and SSN. Saying they were going to serve me... But they don't have my address. I asked if I could call them back because he was asking for 250.00 so I could verify who he was and he hung up on me. I wasn't born yesterday! Do not give these people any information and by the way I never went to BPCC! Very rude people!

I just got a call today from this Scott Parker and he left me a message I never called back. Instead I went straight to Google to search the number and I seen all these comments.  I never went to BPCC. I never even went to school in this city. Glad to know what this is.
