319-242-7351

This number, 319-242-7351 (listed on caller ID as CBE), calls my home at least 5 times a day but never leaves a message on my machine.  I am not sure as to the origin of their calls, but I do find it annoying to come home and have all these calls come in from them. Can someone explain to me what exactly this organization is?  Should I call them back, or are they simply a harassment company/establishment?

Just received the call this morning at around 8 am, and was ticked that someone was calling so early (i work late)  No message.

This number is a scam. They wanted to "bill my husband and I for medical appointments in Iowa/Minnesota" both places we have NEVER BEEN!!! and we have medical insurance and would never owe someone $1000.00 (2 payments of 528.00) !!!!!STAY AWAY!!!!

after years of fighting for my life against a disease in a country with no health insurance safety net (USA), I have lost everything am left to scrape by on social security disability. this number (319-242-7351) calls at 8:00 a.m. and leaves no message. it is a collection agency wanting money from healthcare costs. i had insurance while i worked but then got too sick to work so no more insurance. should i choose to eat food this month or send them money? they can go to hell.i wish i had been born in a country that chooses not to abandon its citizens to ruin and death when they get sick. i lived in my car until i found my current home. now i don't even have a car to sleep in should i ever fail to meet my rent payment. and yet still, people demand payment from me? why did i ever even bother to live? I should have simply died so as not to inconvenience the world with bills racked up from my selfish desire to fight for my life. it is too expensive to be sick in this country so i recommend everyone who is sick to just die quickly. otherwise, society hates you.

This number has been calling me atleast once or twice a day all at different time of the day extending from 7:00am to way beyond 7:00pm its totally harassment!

They are a collection agency.  i know they handle Mayo Clinic accounts.

calls with no messages - when answered asked to stay on line and no one comes on l- multiple calls starting at 7:30 am ending at 8:30 pm

I too receive these calls and same thing and they are  company that Collects for many instituiions most medical can other too. The name of the co is CBE and you have to call them and they will put someone on line that basically tells you you owe money are you going to pay and if not then the calls will continue. Hope this helps a little bit.

I reverse searched the annoying phone caller and it seems to be located at a, Cedar falls gun club, in Iowa? It's really annoying I don't know where they got my number but I don't answer their calls.

They have been calling me for several months at all hours, 2 am. 4 am. They don't care. They leave me voicemails posing as the census bureau and then give me a phone number to call that isn't linked to the census bureau. They also call me from other numbers.

Called my cell then would not say anything. Tracked it down to a telemarketer. My cell is on do not call list.

This is very annoying, i receive almost three two times a day. if i speak English there was a person on line talking with you. However i tried to speak foreign language, then there was no answer. I believe it is just a scam, keep away with it.
