Saw thin on my caller id.  Did not leave a message.  Don't know anybody in Iowa.

I get a call from this number twice sometimes three times a day, they want me to disclose my ssn etc. when I tell them I dont know them and I'm not sharing my info with a stranger over the phone they say if I dont then they cant talk with me, so I hang up.
I think they are a collection agency for my student loans

My Caller ID refers the caller of this number as the CBE Group. I do not know anymore info - Brad

They're connected with ELS regarding student loans in default.

It's at www.cbegroup.com, a collections agency.  Phone #319-242-7353.  You can call them and request they take your phone # off their list...and by law they have to do so, I think.

They'called 3 times today so far. They never leave a message.

they have called like 10 times (they never leave messege) i never answeer cause im not sure who it is.

These people call me at least 4 times a day asking about my ssn and other info and i will not give it to them because they do not disclose their info and why they are calling.

This has gone too far.  I get anywhere from four to five calls a day from this number. I have answered two times and both times they refuse to give me any information about them or the reason for their call.  What they do instead is try to intimidate me with my private information and get me to verify what they have up to and including an address that is almost 20 yrs old and the address to my grandmother.  Someone needs to do something.  I have asked several times to be removed from thier list to no avail.

Contact the Attorney General of the state from which the number comes form and complain. I guarantee the calls will stop

Call from this number regarding an ex-wife over 20 years ago..Called them back and asked them to remove my number from there call list..They said they would..

I've been getting calls from them & most of the time I don't answer but this morning I did. The lady refused to identify herself unless I would so I hung up & called the number back. The man who answered said the name of the business is the CVA group but refused to tell me what kind of company it is.

I have received 3 calls from this number all in one day. I believe it is a debt collection company looking to collect money I owe on my student loans. I am only one month behind on my payments and this is the sort of treatment I get? I am furious that there are people out there who intentionally rip the system off and ruin it for the rest of us who once in a blue moon fall behind on payments. Shame on you money grubbing debt collectors who can't even extend a little courtesy in a declining economy like this. Shame on you!!!

These people are annoying the [***] outta me!!! They never leave a message and when I call back, it does NOT ring...Once Im able to talk to these people I will cuss them out...

Got my first call today on my cell.  Hope this does not continue.  Thanks for website so I know it's a scam.  If it continues, I will call the Attorney General of Iowa and report it.

I got a call from this number 9 TIMES!!!!!! I seriously am more than annoyed....its up to like 2-3 times a day. I googled the area code and it says its coming from Iowa. I dont know anybody from Iowa and to be honest I forgot the state even existed.....so if anyone finds out who this pleaseeeeee let me know!!
