Called asking for a sibling telling me it involved some business my sister was associated with. Said she was trying to get a hold of her.

Called twice today. First time I wasn't home and they didn't leave a VM. Second time they called, it rang twice and ended.

An Internet search on the name results in Mid Minnesota Management Services, a collection agency located at 2008 Veterans Dr, Saint Cloud, MN 56303. Main phone #: 320-253-8295.

same thing, called twice today and then when I answered hung up.

This is a collection agency based out of St. Cloud, Minnesota. They are ruthless, unscrupulous, and I believe illegal in their handling of collecting debts.

Someone calls me from that line.

"Katherine" answered when i called back - very nice, but yes a collection agency. I told her - wrong number for the person they are looking for and she said she would remove my number.

who keep calling me from this munber? they never left message. how the hell im am suppose to call back if i dont know who it is.

Calls and never leaves message or hangs up when there is an answer.  Collection agency for who?  They do not identify themselves.

Call about once a week, then nothing for 2 weeks.Then call again/ Never leave a message. Answered one time they called and nothing but air on the other side, so hung up

they dont mmdc mrd they dont do any verifying that they have the right party .. just by name .. and my name is pretty common .. then he interupts. looks like a law suit waiting to happen...

Get calls at work from this number, never leave a message, hang up when I do answer and within a couple minutes after that call ends I receive another call immediately from 1234567898?  I'm certain they are the same place but come on...leave a message or I'm not going to call back. What a joke!!

One thing I know about this agency is that they collect mostly medical bills on a client basis, (that's what they told me and the story checked out) mine was a medical bill and they have direct access to the information I left on the form I filled out at the clinic. I have a friend who is a collector in minneapolis and he said there are tight laws restricting them on leaving voice mails (in response to Sam).

In response to YOUKNOW, "get a real job?"  In my case I was glad they called me because I never got the bill from the doctor because I moved and the mail didnt get forwarded. I got to it before my credit was affected. I wanted to pay my bill in this case. Not that I havent had bad experience with collections, getting called for a fraudulant claim really upset me but they dropped it when i called them on their [***].

Thanks for your helpful, and additional info. I think I will try calling back because I have enormous medical debt and I am filing a bankrupcy. If I tell them and give my lawyers info they will probably quit calling me.

I get a call from this number everyday.I don't answer because its from Minnesota and I dont know anyone from that state.  It is very annoying I wish whoever it is to stop calling my cell phone.

Thanks for the announcement pinkhouse. Considering the amount of information that has already been entered about this number on this page proves that your ability to operate a computer and cell phone is quite  a remarkable achievment.

they called me.  Said please hold for an  important business matter put me on hold with some cheesy music then they hung up.  I *69 the call and a man answered by saying Hello.  I said "whos Business do I have.  The man sounding very surprised on the other end asked how i got a hold of this number and i said I stared 69  and call backed.  then asked me to give my name  and phone number which i refused to do. He got very upset with me and asked how i would feel if some one called me and asked for that kind of information. I  told him someone keeps calling puts me on hold then hangs up.  that falls under harassment and maybe i should call the police  or the states Attorney General office and then i hung up.

Chris if you were called then it is clear that they have your number already. You were either calling from a blocked # or a different number which they didn't call, therefore would be unable to explain why they called you because you haven't identified yourself.
