I have gotten six calls from this number...who is this number, it is quite annoying, they even know my name...what is this?

No one is on the phone. Multiple caller ID without a message over the past couple of days

This number calls my house on a regular basis...we work during the day so no one is home, but the caller NEVER leaves a message.  As soon as the answering picks up, they hang up.  Very annoying....

I get these calls almost every day.  They never leave a message.  The caller ID shows "Business Center".

I have been called several times. Thanks to the Caller ID and this web site I never answer the call. I have heard there are companies that refine their call list by calling your phone to see when you are home so the telemarkers know what list to be given at whatever time of day you are home. Thanks for the info. By the way were are on the NCL too but these companies know that they will never hear from our sleepy Attorney General.

I finally got someone to talk to me after 3 days of hang ups. The company is Meyer Teleservices.

I am also on the do not call registry. They call when I am not home.

Go to their website, Meyer Teleservices, click on contact and fill out the do not call form.

Have gotten two calls on the answering machine.

Never leaves a message and calls between 06.00pm to 8.00pm

I get at least three calls a day from this number and they hang up whenever I answer.

I got a call from this number today, so I googled it and here I am.  Can't recall if I've gotten calls from this firm before, but I filled out the form on the meyer website under 'contact us' and requested that my number be put on their DNC list.

This is typical of the people who want to violate the do not call restrictions. If you don't answer, they drop off. I don't know what happens if you answer. This call (7/23/08) was listed as Minnesota, for whatever that is worth.

I also received a call today from them, I answered and they hung up.  I went to their web site and filled out my request to be on their DNC list.  Not sure why I need to do that considering I am on the FEDERAL DNC list!

What a bunch of jack***es!  How rude to have them call and hang up on me all the time.  Surely there is something we can do about this!  I was juggling my twin boys mid-dual-tantrum and awaiting a call from their pediatrician when I darted for the call last time.  I'm going after these guys!

I intend to research what the Do Not Call List law states for you people who call and hang up.  If you are indeed breaking the law, you will be hearing more from me and others.  You are a rude, unprofessional organization.  How embarrassing for you all to be employed there.  Get a life!

I am on the DO NOT CALL list because I have 2 very active handicapped children that require a lot of my attention.  Seems each time you guys "stick me" with one of your hang ups it's at a HORRIBLE time.  Since I AM on the DNC list I assume those who ring me are invited to do so.

You better hope you are working within the law or get ready for a lot of heat.  Regardless, you all should be ashamed of your selves.

I decided not to use their on-line DNC registration because it asks for my e-mail address.

When I called to put my number on their DNC list, the person who took my phone information told me my number would be removed within 30 days.

I told him I would post their number on the internet so everyone could call them and hang up. Have fun people!

When I went to the Website to get on their dnc list, I noticed that they do fundraising for non-profits and calls for political organizations. I believe these calls are permitted even for those on the national do not call list.
