Got an incoming call which I picked up and only heard silence... I called back and got a recorded message saying that the number is either disconnected or no longer in service.

Just got a call from this number as well, but it was a woman stating that my "bank card had already expired and they needed to replace it and to press the number one to 'confirm' my personal information".
I never said a word, just hung up. First, they never stated what bank they were calling from. Second, I know my cards expiration dates. And third, my bank always calls me by name and they know my info, which by the way, I would NEVER discuss anything bank related over the phone, unless I'm the one calling my bank. Please BEWARE of this number. One can never be too careful nowadays and never give anyone any personal info. Hang up and call your personal bank to verify (or whatever business they're claiming to be.)

Just got the call from this number, few minutes ago. Just silence on the other side. Called back, message saying the number got disconnected. Same experience as others here. I live in California.

Same thing - no answer on call back.

I got this call in the middle of class. Did not answer. They called twice and I plan to prank call them back...

Called me Today at 950 am. Called back and had the same recording as everyone else.
