The phone calls started the morning of March 24, 2010. A guy with a foreign speaking voice was relentless in collecting money from me for a loan I supposedly took out for $6,000 - $7,000 dollars that I have yet to pay back the money for.  I have never taken a loan out from any payday loan business in my life. The guy is threatening me and telling me that I need to send the money now and get a lawyer because they are going to take everything from me if I don't.

Now that I see what this really is, I am scared because they have valid personal information on me. I can't believe these people can get away with this!!!!!

i also recieved calls from this number only he said his name was officer mac williams he became was rude theatening with international bank fraud bad checks etc. called orlando police and reported this and called myycity police and filed a complaint with fbi    u can file a compliant at http://compliant.ic3.gov

I received a call from a Mac Morris and he said that I have to pay 3213.00 by friday or else I will be arrested. I filed a complaint at http://compliant.ic3.gov

A man with a foreign accent telling me I owed them money for a payday loan that I supposedly took out which I did not they are calling me at work and keep harassing me to pay back this fake loan and threatened that they were going to court house and file formal charges and arrest me and take me to jail. How do I get this to stop?

Report it to the Police and the FBI. I have also gotten a phone call but he said his name was Officer Cliff Wilson. He had an Indian accent. He was stupid and rude. He even left a message on my answer machine. I just gave the information to the police and forward the message to them and thy said thy are sending it to the FBI special fraud department I hope thy lock all of them up. I have no problems testifying against them in court.

I got mine today,,very rude and unprofessional to say the least.Told my Mom to "Shut UP".The ones who called me has an Asian accent,even gave me my Miranda Rights...Told me they could help me today so I wouldn't have to go to "Courthouse" .Some lady so called named Michelle Reeder is the one who did this to me..I was transferred to "Supervisor " who again stated he was just notifying me about the charges at the courthouse on me and that they could help me by settling the matter before I went to jail..Told them I would take my chances with legal system.

A man with a thick Indian accent called claiming that a friend was a "prime suspect" about to be arrested, and and that I needed to help him by giving this mush-mouthed foreign [***] his phone number.  The Ganges bather claimed his name was "Brian Jones."

The company is a fraud shop, run by someone named "John Brock."

They find their victims by collecting names from resumes posted online.

If you get a call from these idiots, tell them in no uncertain terms to fu<k themselves, then report the call to your local FBI office.
