Received a call from this number. The message was broken up and not clear. Was not able to get the full name of the company from the voicemail.

Its a scam

Caller said he had papers to be delivered to this address on behalf of DST and that they would only make two attempts here or on the job, and have proper ID ready.  Call this number. The guy sounds forceful, more like he's making a threat.  No names for who is to be on the receiving end of these "papers" and mentioned our attorney leading to the idea that it is to collect money.  People sure have their nerve don't they.

Same thing in that they have important papers and they will only make 2 attempts at delivery, etc.  But they called my cell number which is a pay as you go phone and not tied to my address!  Good luck to them trying to deliver those 'important' papers!  :-).   What dumb scammers!

Recorded message indicated there was a complaint  and that papers would be attempted to be delivered to us only two times... if this was real wouldn't it be certified mail?  To alot of people would consider it a threatening call.

This guy has called several times times never asking for one of us by name.  The message as stated in other comments was that they had a complaint against us and they would attempt to deliver papers twice at home or job.  If you call them back they will not ask for your name as we had one similar to this stating they were IRS i reported them to IRS.  They said something about attorney well maybe I need to get my attorney to file charges against them.  They are losers.

I recently got a tracfone, intending to give up my big carrier phone in a year. The tracfone received these same threatening messages. Called back the number & it was no longer in service. Changed my tracfone number and again received these calls. I am not the debtor. Registered new # with do-not-call list and will attempt again to get them (at the number left) 321-319-3483 to stop harassing me or face TCPA fines.

I just got that same call 11-16-15 4:55pm. After his speach he hung up on me

Just got a voice-mail from that particular number,sounded like an implied threat to me.Called the number left a message,saying I will contact my attorney.Total harassment.

They keep calling me for papers. I keep blocking there number to stop calling me, but they change there number and calls me again on a different number. Sounds forceful and threats. It's getting annoying

They called me 11/18/2015 at 12:02. Same message as all of you. Very annoying and the threat frightened me for a moment until I realized I have no reason to worry.

Same thing a friend of mine got papers but after a letter stating it was going to collections they were delivered to her door by a sheriff and she wasn't home but they left them on her door and when they call they give a name and file no. And company name she is now debt free

Robo call claiming to have legal papers regarding a formal complaint. No names provided. Says to have identification ready for delivery. Will make two attempts to deliver, its been three calls already. Says if you or your attorney have questions, call. How stupid do they think we are?

Calls leaving threatening voicemail that they will only "attempt" to contact two times and that when the papers are delivered I need to have proper identification. They call at least 3 times a day. EVERYDAY.

Are you saying a sheriff served her even tho she wasent home sounds fishy can you exsplain was she in dept at the time because I'm not but got same call kinda confused?

Also got a call from this number! People that do this need to get a life and a real job if this is actually a scam!!! Very threatening voice on phone.
