I have the same problem, these people are harrassing, not only me, but people who know me.
Today I even got an E-mail from this supposed  crimes enforcement network.  However, there is no return e-mail or address.  These people are dangerous.  No Sam Watson I know or even heard of could not speak english.

They have been calling a fellow employee w/similar threats everyone else has listed.  Claims his name is Jim Scott.  Foreign accent & hard to understand. Called one employee a F***ing B***h because she hung up on him & keep putting him on hold.  My boss said to just put him on hold & leave it.  Caller ID comes up as 0000.  He gave ph# 321-352-6498 as a call back #.  Kept asking for our supervisor # .  He called prev about 6 months before.  When the employee he has been asking for called back he said she owed money to a person for a lawsuit & wanted her to Mongram it to them.

yes I get call from this number from people with far east accent. I cannot understand half of what they are saying. they called me for 6 mos last year. Now they have started again july 11, 2011.  So i googled the number and come up with a carrier and called them but they said  they did not carry  that number and gave me another carrier. I am writing them both so somebody had better come up with who owns this number or they are both going to get sued for harassent. They are true scammers that have been trained not to take NO for an answer but they are stupid because this not the way debts are collected in this USA. they could be calling from as far as Belgium, India etc. They either  steal or purchase this info to use for calling. I found out that one of the cariers  Excutive officers used to work for AOL--hummm maybe this is his  lists. I urge  all out there to be careful and don't give in to people who do not have a legal document to show you.

I just received a phone w/heavy middle accent which they called my job stating they are from financial crime enforcement and that im going to spend the rest of my life in bars and i will be fired from my job. they call all the time. i asked what payday loan and not able to tell me. so I hang up the phone. how in the world have they gotten my phone numbers? who can I call to have them stop calling me.

I have been getting calles from "Officer Jones." He told me that my one of my best friends used my SSN# to get a loan and he need to confrim I know her so that charges could be filed. I was beside myself. Looking back their were red flags everywhere. Strong accents, pronouncing names and names of States wrong, skirting my questions about him proving he was a Federal employee, one voicemail box for an entire "Federal Agency", the fact he was calling at 7 pm Eastern time, the guy that answered the "agency's" phone sounds like the guy you get transferred to, skirting my request to have my local law enforcement contact me about the matter... the list goes on. The real scary thing was he did not ask me for any of my personal info, but gently requested small things about people I love. I have been advised that they might use Facebook to see your friend list. I have my FB on block if you do not know me, but most people still allow their friend list to be seen, including myself. Needless to say I am irate and will be following up. Just so happens that the friend that supposedly stole my SSN is married to a cop, so we might go through some local channels file a report. I am mad. It's one thing to mess with my identity, but another to try and get me to throw my friends under the bus.

notified the FBI of this matter - they hacked an employees loan information that she got from the internet and had everything, social, drivers license, etc etc - you can report these people to www.ic3.gov and then you will have to contact the Federal Trade Commission regarding identity theft  - these people pretended to be the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network saying an employee of mine owed money.

Funny thing is, they did the very same thing to a different employee of mine last summer, and said they were going to come to her place of employment and arrest her if she didn't pay up. I guess they dont take notes on who they speak to when they call to harass you for "payment". Creepers. i hope the government gets them good!

I just received a call from this number claiming I was in a lot of trouble for applying for loans and accepting money and then not paying them. He said that he was going to issue a warrant for my arrest in the morning because I hung up on him.  Who are these people really...? He claimed to be officer Austin Phillips with the Financial Crime Enforcement attached to the US Treasury.

i have the same guy named sam watson calling me too... i have been so scared... i am so glad to know that i am not alone....

they have started harrassing my 72 yr old neighbor, how do we put a stop to this?????

Get calls everyday,back 2 back...Say I was given a payday loan.but I never received anything.they are foreign,can hardly understand.They now have started giving out a part of my social security # to anuone who answers.i guess its there way of threatening??? I have reported them to www.ic3.gov and BBB...
