Claimed to be trying to reach my brother in law in a business matter, vaguely threatening legal action against him.

Never actually stated wether a debt collector or attorney which tells me they are probably neither, probably a scam.

I received several phone calls from this phone number, and 2 other family members were also contacted saying I owe them money the lady gave her name but would not give me the name of the company she works for and started to get nasty making legal threats.

Calling my phone looking for someone who doesn't even live at my home and threatening legal action.

A Ms. Turner called saying she needed to reach my husband in regards to a civil suit against an associate of his a 63 years of age Victoria Sterns. We had never heard of this "Victoria" and found it strange that when we called the number the name of the company is never mentioned, nor can I find a legal office of John Roselli? Sounds like a scam but they never asked any information of us and said we were found on her (this mysterious Victoria lady) background check and that we would be removed from the list, strange?

I got this phone call telling me that a brother of mine is needed to be contacted in regards to a civil claim she was rude to me I wouldn't give her any info about him beacuse I know he has never been in FL., she made two more calls  I told her he dose not live here, and I did not want these calls anymore. A very rude lady. The phone calls oncaller ID came up as this # 321-445-9482   I think this person is a scammer

Claims to have a Civil Complaint against me. Leaves no name or company. Ask me to call back or have my lawyer to call imediatly. Gives a case number of L3048 and alway says L as in Lima. My brother-in-law has recieved the same call with exact same information and case number. There is no reason for the two of us to be connected to each other.

Received the exact same message as you with Lima and a case number.  Have no idea what it is concerning, just says call or have my attorney call regarding a possible civil action.  Does not leave their name or company name.  Caller ID says "unknown"

Got a call from a Ms. Turner with a docket number when I told her I was recording her she became rude and hung up.

I received a message from the same Ms. Turner.  Just to let you know...John Roselli and associates are a antique business and not attorneys.  John Roselli is also a man that was found dead in 1976 in Florida.  Huge scam!!!

Some one keeps calling and leaving a message that I am involve in a legal matter of fraud against a bank,  I know that if a Law suit is filed are legal action is taken against you you are not contacted by phone most likely this is a scam.

Its a scam.  You probably work for them.
