I received a message on my answering machine, and when I returned the call they were telling me that I was being sought after for frauding Midland Marketing of $300.00, and if I didn't pay they threatend to put a warrent out for my arrest. When I told this "Robert Wood" I couldn't undestand his accent, he put his partner on with a less-thick accent named "Mark", giving me the same threats and refusing to give me the number of this marketing company to verify these charges.

This same call happened to me on October 22, 2010.  They said a bench warrant was issued and I should find some place for my kids, get some clothes cause they would be at my door in a few hours. What is really going on???

This is a SCAM i just spoke with the Attorney Generals Office in the state of Florida.

I recive call from mark greno and hi said that I have to pay484$ otherways they stop may disability check so I send 100$ to them please help is this a scam? 911he lp

OK...i just got a call from this number to my JOB and they asked for my supervisor!! They left a VM in my box saying that if I didnt call them back they would issue a bench warrant and come embarrass me at work! Who are these people??? And what can we do to stop them?! This is frustrating because they arent even telling me what company they are from or for what debt.

received the same call from 321-482-5007 and i have ignored their message first time like within  4 days i got a court notice from the law firm it was for my out standing loan. now they are asking me to come to the court house and i found that i was guilty in to this matter can any one help me to resolve this issue..??? and i also cross check with my original creditors and i found that they have turned me as a defaulter and forwarded my case to them, want to resolve it on the spot right now.. ... i don't to face any legal matter plz............ help me out....

Yes I got a call from this number 321 482 5007 they called my work wow and said they were officer greeno saying I needed to call cuz there was a bench warrant out if I didn't pay this ammount of 410.00 also called my friends and and said I used there names for computer fraud wow these people are [***] crazy ............ Beware it's all fraud

I got voicemail from mark derino  3214825007 saying that he was on officer and that there was a case against me and that I should take care of this before he puts out an arrest warrant out for me.  At first I was really scared because I was like I am not aware of any of this.  He did not leave any information regarding what the complaint was about and I could hardly understand his accent had to play the message over 3 times to understand it fully.

I had a gentlemen with heavy accent to To call me alleging that he was going to have me arrested and to make sure I had a place to send my kids and lock my house. He said that I was in violation of federal bank fraud for Midlane Financial, a company I have never heard of, I told him I had an attorney and he insisted that I give them the number, after I refused to he began to be irate, cursing me, telling me that I was a fat ghetto [***] and that I could come to his house and work for 10.00 hours and I would like it. He called over and over after I hung up on him stating that I was a [***] that won’t pay my bills and that everything will go on my credit. He has my social and address and I have no clue who this man is. Someone please tell me where to report this man. His name is Robert Wood calling from  321 482 5007.

This guy Robert Wood called my sis threatened her with legal action, its a scam, DONT SEND MONEY!

they called a closee friend of mine today, saying HE would be arrested if I did not pay them $380.  I don't owe anyone that amount of money.   I played dumb and Mr Greeno assured me my friend would not be harassed anymore.   I kept calling him back to get more info from him, and told him I knew it was a scam.  He called me a MF'er and hung up on me.  He hung up on me 3 more times when I called back.  He then called the friend that he previously assured me would not be bothered again, and told HIM that he was going to have a warrant out for him.  Each time I called I said "sue me", but he kept saying he was going to call my friends and family to bug them about what a deadbeat I was.  I just don't know How he got my number, or more importantly, my friend's number.

I asked this company to give me more information if I owe someone but they want give me the information. I'm not going to send any money to anyone that I don't have any paperwork on.  I want them to stop calling if they want give me any information of who they are.

He is now calling my friends He could not give me any information and i told him i finally told him after him calling called my friends threating them, i told him to bring me to court and to stop harrissing me and my friends. today he called my friends again

i have recieved a call from the same person calling himself robert wood, he has called my neighbora and has threatened me with arrest and garnishment of my disability from ssa, he stated that i have two state charges and one federal charge from a company i have never heard from called midland fin. that i had taken out an payday loan in the amount of 300.00$ and i have not taken any out at all!! it anyone can help me with this i'd appreciate it greatly. i have also had calls from other persons claimimg to be from a law firm called us federal law firm and they were very, very ugly towards me threatening me with everything like jail time etc.

I lost the Civil suite against them in Bervard County Court. They have my electronically signed contract and I don't remember, I missed to make the payment and I have paid $1183.72 in court charges. I feel so dump and guilty at this moment of time.

this scammer robert woods left a v/m stating that i was being sued and that they were going to garnish my wages and before that happens I need to call back to 321 482-5007. the name of his company is not understandable and he does not say who I owe either. It a big SCAM!!

i recieved several messages from robert wood..even at my job...he states it was for a loan i took out online..when i asked for info on which day...he refuse info and begin cussing and tellin me i could loose my job and would be arrested..i really do think this is a scam.......

I got a call from "robert wood" for an employee of mine saying he worked at the Law firm Brown & Trevino (or Treveno, I couldn't understand his THICK accent).  He said my employee took out a fraudulent loan using my company's name and he needed her phone number (which we did not give out).  I looked the law firm up on google and didn't find any info, however I did find this page when I googled the number he wanted me to call back to.

Got a call from Robert Wood also saying I owed for a payday loan from Midland Financial and they were going to sue unless I paid up.
