"Cardmember Services" (no company specified). Recorded message about lowering rates on credit cards; pushed 9 to talk to operator. "Brittany" hung up on me when I asked to remove my phone number from the list.

I received a call from this number.....I pressed 9 to be connected to a operator once connected a guy answered. I asked to be removed from their call list and the guy replied they did not have a call list. After asking once again to be removed the guy responded saying we don't have a call list but we do have a Co$$ sucker list. He then went on to ask me if I would like the CO## removed from my mouth. This is not a ligit. company. I would refrain from doing business with this company!

Holy SH*T Jamie! Unbelievable! They basically told us the same thing, that we would have to unplug our phone to get the calls to stop. We are getting calls on our land line and cell phones. Unable to call the number back. Registered complaint with the NCR, but....

Got a call from this number. Hung up on my voicemail after I wouldn't talk to him. Some kind of scam. I wouldn't listen to the whole speel. I'm blocking it.

Same spiel about reducing credit card rates by dialing 9. Didn't feel like talking to an idiot. Filed complaint with donotcall.gov. If enough people complain perhaps these crude folks will get fined.

Someone called me about lowering my credit card rate and when I asked how they got my number the person by the name of Brian hung up the phone in my ear and wouldn't answer the phone when I called back.

Very pestering (call every week, and a few times per week), and I never let it proceed any further since it is a recording.  Thankfully I have not spoke to any idiots or I would have reported it to the F.C.C.!

Recorded message offering to lower my credit card rate, claiming this was my last opportunity. Message said push 9 if I'd like to talk to someone about lowering rates. I pushed 9, a cheerful sounding woman answered, asked if I'd like to lower my rates, I replied "No, please remove my number from your calling list". Before I finished the sentence she'd hung up. Sounds like a scam to me.

My caller ID shows call from this # as CELL PHONE - FL.  Probably so illegitimate that they are woking off "burner" phones to avoid tracking.   Do not answer and do not call back.

Recorded message from "credit card services". I knew it was a scam so I hung up. I am registered with the DO NOT CALL list and I still get calls from these crooks!

It makes no difference if you block them. They call back using a different number....week after week....month after month. I have been getting them for about 18 months now. I block every number they use but they always have another one the next time they call. I now just don't answer my phone unless I know the person. Don't get into a discussion with them-they are verbally abusive and ignorant. I honestly think they USE the do not call list as their list of people TO CALL.
