danny foster supposively an officer called me from thiss number threatening my grandma to be arrested when i called him he wouldnt tell me anything but he was a law enforcement officer and i may be a suspect and wo0uldnt tell me what for and hung up id like to know whats really goin on to help get peace with this issue for my grandma and i both please let me know what u know

I just got a call and this guy had my address, bank account number and the last 4 digits of my ss number. He told me that I would be arrested. I asked for the name of the payday loan company and he kept saying KS Notifications. I have received no letter and this Foster guy is telling me that I am going to be arrested. Freakin me out because I have no idea why...

i had my friend call the guy and ran his so called badge number hes not even a cop just a debt collector you cant be arrested so have some peace but they can take u to court but if i were u i would sue him for impersonating an officer or cause u intense anxiety loosing work time and money cause the stress and you wont have to pay the loan and its not illegal if its real and by my post and your post it seems to me like he gave us both a good scare so were not committing fraud if we sue im gonna have a backround check on the guy tomorow and find out his real name and keep you posten

Definately keep us posted on what you find out.  I had a call from this guy as well leaving me a message saying he was an officer and that if i didn't call him back right away to settle some legal issue that i would be arrested.  I thought about calling the attorney generals office in my state to report it.  I've never received a letter or anything and this guy blows up my phone.  It shows up as an Unknown Number (which I never answer those) and calls 4-5 times in a row before leaving a message.  Very annoying and very suspicious.

Police are warning of another phone scam.

This time, the crook pretends to be a police officer calling about a debt.

The caller threatens jail if the money isn't sent.

The caller claims to be from First Credit Protection and has used the name Officer Danny Foster.

If you get such a call, hang up. If you've already received one, please contact police.

Where did you find this info?

This caller is very annoeying and actually called me at work, was very rude and kept calling five or six times.  My coworker answered the phone for me and took a message.  This sounds like the same creep.

i got a call from a dan foster and i will be arrested, asked me if i had a lawyer. i told him i was telling him nothing and it was a scam  and he got irrated with me. i hung up and he called back.

i got the same call yesterday at my work now this is the second time he has calleds he called about amonth ago to tell me there was suite against me, then he called my brother and told him i had a law suit against him. now yesterdays call was like your. does anyone no who to report this to i dont want him calling me every month at work.

Danny Foster called my fience and threatened that he would be arrested in 24-48 hours. I called a lawyer and it seems this isnt even exactly legal. Danny didnt want to tell him the charges but it seems there is 1.violation of federal banking regulations 2. collateral check fraud and 3. theift by deception. I want to know is there any way to put an end to this person doing this.

This guy danny foster called me my sister & my brother claiming the same thing.

I just got a call from some creep from a private # saying hes an officer from KS Notifications. He gave me a badge #4225. He says that he was trying to get into contact with a friend of mine and that I was a reference. He said it was pertaining to a legal lawsuit against my friend and that I could be sued as well. Then he hung up on me after he gave me his #. I called him back. It is an actual # and he answered. Still refusing to tell me what the law suit was regarding. This guys a jerk. He should be charged for impersonating an officer.

You guys this is justt a huge scam. Ge told me the exact same thing amd called from the same #. He says i can go to jail on 3 ccharges. They. say they r call on behalf of US cash advance. Dont waste another day worrying. They are under a huge investigation.

I got this phone call, along with others. Danny Foster may have been the name, just got one a few minutes ago, he may be hip to people knowing that name and changed it up. this one is Robert Michael. phone number shows on cell as +459982068. Told him that if he ever called me again, I would call the police, he tells me he has my SS#, and all this...funny, he just called back and my boyfriend is talking to him now...HAHAHA, that's your ass!

Received a call at my work today from an Officer Danny Foster 321-285-2015.  He stated he was from KS Notifications and there was a federal warrant out for my arrest.  He told me I needed to sent $1325.13 if I didnt want to go to court for a payday loan or $5433 if it went to trial.  I informed him that I never received official service.  He told me that because it was an internet contract that was official.  I told him there was no effective service.  He then informed me that my court date was today, several states away.  I got a little stern with him and he got nasty.  He told me to get an attorney and call him back within an hour.  Didnt call back.  Spoke with the company I have a loan with and they laughed and said it was a scam.  The scary part is he knew my bank name, end of my social security number and address.  There needs to be a way to stop this.

Called talking about taking me to "Courthouse" on an array of charges stemming from A "US Cash Advance"never told me the amount of debt,Asian accents that claimed to be trying to help me out...Even read me my Miranda Rights...I finally tole them I would wait on the Police and handle it through the court system.The woman who called was named Michelle Reeder so she says, their address is in Orlando Fl.
The number they called me from was (321)285-2015.

I got a call from this so called Officer Danny Foster today. His phone number is now 1-321-285-2015.
This is the second time he has tried to call me was a few months ago. The first time he was just saying I owed him money for some payday loan company, I told him that I needed the proof in writing sent to me in the mail and he then threatened to sue me if I didn't send him the money, so I hung up on him, because I knew it was a scam.  That was back in March.  Now this time he called a friend of mine and my mother in law telling them this crap about me and that I was going to be arrested.  So I called him back to ask what this was all about and he would not answer. All he kept telling me is that I need a lawyer and that I was going to be arrested today.  What's amazing is that this a@@ hole keeps using the same name. I would just love to see this SOB get busted.

Yeah i got a phone call from the same number today...once i started giving them attitude he never told me he wanted money...he got upset and just told me that i was going to get arrested in 24 hrs. I reported it to my local police department. They were going to take care of the matter.

An Officer Danny Foster Ph # 210-893-5644 called me at work and threathen me that Federal agents will be arresting if I don't pay 1312.13 out of court settlement and If I don't pay within 24 hours I will arrested , and he said I was been arrested for on line payday loan, He wouldn't give me Company for what Collection agency he was calling from but he was very unfriendly and mean. and he knew my ss# and dob.
