Do not give these people any information. It's a scam. They call from multiple different numbers, one is 801-520-1980, and they say they're from your credit card company and they just need your card number and personal info to see if you're eligible to lower your interest rate. They then tell you you're not and use all your info to wipe you out. This is what I've read on another site when I researched the 801 number, and it's the same people because it was the exact same recorded message.

DON'T GIVE ANY INFORMATION AND PUT YOURSELF ON THE DO NOT CALL REGISTRY IF YOU'RE NOT ALREADY ON IT SO YOU CAN START FILING COMPLAINTS EVERY TIME THEY CALL YOU.

Many calls from this number and when I tell them not to call again they hang up but still call again.

I asked to be put on a no call list. Alex gave me a confirmation number G0T0H311 (Go to Hell)
He hung up immediately when I pointed this out. These [***] need to be stopped.

i call back with my cell which call some one shows private caller , then get one of them on the phone and tell them there going to need life insurance if they don't stop calling   lol lol ..

About credit Card account

I have received several calls from this number also asking about credit card info saying they can get my rate lower. This needs to be stopped!!

I receive call from this number telling me that I'm going to loose my job,also they're claiming to be police.

Called & left no message.

Called my DNC-registered number and claimed to be my "current credit card company".  Identified themselves only as "cardholder services"... when I asked too many questions, they hung up.

This is the 2nd time I've had to block this # from my cell phone. I was advised it was a solicitor. My carrier only blocks calls for 90 days. Now they are calling again! Annoying

Phone company!

I did not pick up, but I am incensed if this was a solicitation call as I have registered for the "Do not Call list",  and I don't give out my number to anyone but close friends - especially NOT businesses.  (At least if they said they were from my CC company, I would know it's a scam, as my CC holders do not have my cell number.)

I am constantly being annoyed by these people, today one call me a ni.... and told me to f... myself.  I think it is time we find an law enforcement agency to stop these people.

She repeated the same information regardng my visa or mastercard accounts and their ability to lower my interest rates.  I told her I have several of each and specificaly which one was she calling me about.  She repeated the same 'script' and then when I pushed her back with wanting to know specifics - she hung up on me! I tried to call the number back and it rings busy.... This has scam written all over it!

How do these call keep getting thru.  I have registered my cell on the DNC listing and the call still come.  These people never leave a VM.

Found it strange that I and my boyfriend both got calls from this number a day apart.  We didn't answer and they left no message.  Makes me wonder where they get the phone numbers to call since the only place are cell phone numbers are even connected is at our bank.  We opened a checking account together yesterday.  He got a call from them yesterday, and I did today.

I missed the call when this number called me. They left no message. I called back about 5 times and got a "busy" tone every time. From what others are saying, sounds like a telemarketer.
