you have won a free trip,but the call is from a cell phone

I keep getting calls from this number. I learned to let the answering machine pick up...naturally they hang up. I don't know who it is or what they want. I hope they put a stop to these annoying calls once and for all.

I let my fax machine answer.  Hopefully it ties up their robo dialer for a minute, and tags my number as a fax and not to bother calling it again.

I just got a call from this number too. I don't answer random numbers.  I texted back to this number but I got no reply, I guess I'll have to put them on my blocked list.

First OAS P 323-204-7258 called via a recorded voice "you have won a free cruise"... At 10:56 a.m.
I hung up.
Then a blocked "unknown private number" phoned.  A man with an accent (Nigerian, maybe...not certain) called from the prize office.  I told him that I "am on the Do Not Call Registry, please respect this".  He said ok and I hung up.

I answered my cell phone and it was a recording telling me I had just won a free cruise to the Bahamas.  (Yeah right.) I immediately hung up.

I got a random call from this number. They left no message. The number was busy when I tried to call it back twice.

I got a call from this number, also. They left no message and are not answering my return calls. I phave them on my blocked call list.
