Got a call from 323-284-4793
He asked for the home owner by name.  When I asked who this was, they responded with; "This is Spencer, Can I speak to (and said homeowner's name)...  When I asked, "who do you represent" he AGAIN ignored my question and asked for the home owner.  I then raised my voice and said WHO DO YOU REPRESENT?
He said "why are you yelling at me?
I brought my tone down to a whisper and said "who do you represent?

He said again, why are you yelling at me?

I said again in a whisper, who do you represent.  He then said AGAIN why are you yelling at me.

AT that point I said GO [***] Yourself SPENCER!

asking if I need work "inside or outside" my home. They specialize in "energy efficient" home upgrades etc. Is this why they can call numbers on the do not call list. wtf?

received call from this number, but do not have voice mail so they coulod not leave message.

Also referred to me by name and knew where I lived. Said he met me before and I had asked for him to call me back regarding my home ownership (completely false information). Felt very violated.

First time I've seen this number. Rang 8.30am - called me by name and asked how I was doing. Very noisy background, as if he was calling from a street or a cafe. I twice asked who he represented and he mumbled the answer so I couldn't hear. He told me we'd spoken earlier in the year and that I'd asked him to call back after Christmas. Realising that was a complete lie I hung up. No call back (yet).

Got call from female stating she worked for "KMS Ecofamily". Said it was a Torrance Business specializing in home repairs. Nothing shows up on Google under that name. Asked her for call-back number - she gave 888-222-3149.  We are on Do Not Call List.  Asked her for local call back number - she said she didn't have it.

Received a call from this number.  Did not answer, no voice-mail left.

We too just got a call from "Spencer". He said he "was returning my call" in regards to giving me an estimate for  a home repair project. This is a downright LIE. I told him we would never call for a home repair job, as we already have a contractor in the family. And I told him he was a liar. He asked "Why am I a liar?" And again I told him we did not call and he has lied. He AGAIN asks "Why am I a liar?" I told him never to call here again (ya, sure) and then I hung up!

I cannot believe how these home improvement people have sunk so low to get in the door!

Just got a call from someone from KMS Ecofamily" wondering what type of work I needed done - interior or exterior. Said I was referred, but couldn't tell by who, was just in his system.  Kinda freaked that he knew my name, too!!

I have discovered that any calls with area codes 323, 310 and 818 are all in the Los Angeles area and they are all telemarketing calls either from construction companies or solar companies. So now if I'm near the phone I just answer it and immediately hang up. I figure if it's actually a legit call it would have a caller ID I would recognize. If I'm away from the phone I just ignore it.

This number and 818-877-5115 might be one and the same scumbags. Time to ship all telemarketing scum to the core of  the sun.

Called looking for a deceased family member. Told caller she f'n died. Caller told me not to cuss at her. I asked who the f she was and got hung up on.

these morons called yesterday at 8:29 AM and woke me up.

Received called at approx. 4:40 pm on Tue Jul 23 2013 from a male voice identifying himself as Ecofamily and asking for a Paula, I told him he called the wrong number (which is true as far as we have no Paula here).  He hung up.  But being curious, I google the number and sure enough, a lot of crap of on this number and when I tried calling back, just silence.  Creepy.

Got a call from them this morning but didn't answer the phone.  I"m glad I didn't answer after reading these messages.

Telemarketing scum.  Find them, throw them in prison and lose the key.
This is a form of domestic terrorism; and should be punished as such.

Never, ever, do business with any company that telemarkets you.
And, yes, you can curse at them.

BTW -- If they are recording the call without your consent or knowledge, it's a federal felony.

Rude, annoying and intrusive. Calls continuously despite requests to be taken off their list.
