Says to call immediately and have my attorney call,  has more numbers on ID but this is the one they give to return

I received a same thing, they told me to contact this # 323-331-9189 and speak to Kevin Peterson about my charges, I called him and he told me I have a law sue by Cash Advance for a loan which I don’t know nothing about it..And I either pay it or appear at court in California.

I just got the same thing with the same number.. they called me at my job.  But it was a primal popes that called me.

I recieved a call through my job from that number. Said he was from the states attourneys office and I had charges from cash advance. His name was Von watson

i got a call this morning from a heavy assented male that goes by the name ricky g. something about a legal situation and to call back immediately bc it was time sensitive. i believe these ppl buy cash advance listing and try to scam ppl into paying them. stating that there a law office and the person how took out the loan is being sued. what has the world come to. i tried returning this call and as soon as i started asking questions they hung up on me. i then called back and heard a second guy in the back ground leaving the same message for someone else.  whatever they r reading is clearly scripted.. i say that if the feds want me, then come get me bc this is clearly shading and a scam..

I received the same call from a Justin smith who said the same thing and also said that someone was coming to my job at Jhu. When I started to ask questions I was hung up on.

These guys are running a scam.  They called me with the same thing as all other people say.  Some one needs to report.  It appears to be a scam.

this people keeping call me from this number323-331-9189 say that i own them some money i ask how muck do i own yall they said around 3,567.00 and ask them where are yall call from they would say where hey are calling from in i said not not paying onit u tell me where are u calling n they said they your lawer to me  i said what yall just try to get money from people that dont have any money on them or what they told me to go to hell,

i got this same call today just like kary, message said the name was ricky g. he or she has a heavy accent!. had to listen to it aleast six times to try to understand it. said the same exact thing has it have on kary's message! tried to to call it back but, kept saying that person was out range? they have been calling since tue. of this week, but just left a message today. don't know what they want, but not buying anyway!

recieved a phone call today from a guy telling me to call kevin peterson.  called him he was very rude yelling at me and telling me that i was going to get fired and that were going to sieze all my assest and that i can not leave the state. they also said that someone was coming to my job and i would get arrested.  when i asked about payment arraingments they told me "what you want to pay 50 a month it dont work like that and hung up on me, when i called abck to get more info kevin said what you calling for you dont have any money.  does it go any further than that or do the sheriffs office really come and lock you up/

A person named Justin Largent left a message at work during my day off.  I got the message when I returned to work and called this number (323) 331-9189.  I called this number and Justin Largent with a think Hindu accent answered the phone and told me that I am in violation of Federal Law, then asked if I have a lawyer.  I tried to ask questions and he became very rude and arrogant, started yelling at me and told me that he will call the police to pick me up from work.  Then hang up the phone.  This type of calls should be stopped before it creates a serious problem to other people.  They should go to jail because they don't know the impact of this calls and their behaviors to the people they are calling.  These type of calls may cause somebody a heart attack.

This is a scam when I confronted the person calling a Ron Watson he said "f" you then hung up I received this call on my cell the previous call was at my work place with the same result I confronted the caller this time a  Mike Burga his reply was "F"you and hung up.

Some [***] stupid lady called me today at 8 AM, then when I called back, another male answered the phone.

Same thing, said I had a cash loan, was asking if I thought I could take it and run away in February. The thing is, I never had any loans from any companies in the last 4 years, so when I asked him to hold on to the line as I acquired more information from his company, then he hung up.

Called back and another person answered the phone, claiming he was an attorney, so when I asked him why the [***] he woke me up at 6 AM, he simply hung up. Definitely a cash scam.

Got a call at my job from a 323-331-9189 number...They stated they have pressed charges for some payday loan i dont even have and for my attorny to contact them...I just want them to stop calling my job...!

I received a call from a guy w/an indiam accent. He told me his name was Michael Johnson (first red flag). He said that someone was going to be pressing charges against me & my social security #. He told me that I would need to contact a particular attorney at the number he calling from. (red flag 2) When I asked what it was regarding, he said that the attorney would need to download my file & he would be able to answer all my questions. He then told me if I didn't get through to call back in 5 mins...huh?? I asked him to repeat where he was calling from & he advised me he was calling from the Federal Law Dept - State of CA (which makes absolutely NO sense - red flag 3). When I asked for a contact # for HIM, he asked me "For what?" & then said that he could not give me any info & I had the only # I needed.

Got a call today from some guy with a heavy accent...asked me if I had an attorney for some charges that wwere under my ssn. I was like no. then he asked did you know or has anyone contacted you before about this matter and no one has called you about it before? Uh  no again. Gave me the same number to call a Kevin Peterson. So I call and it rings untill about 10 times and then I get a fast busy tone. Call back again and get an error message?

This same guy keeps calling my house at 6:21 in the mornin, says he's calling for my husband.  I tell him he has the wrong number because I can tell you we don't have bills.  I wish there was a way to take care of.  I asked again today who he was and he said the "state attorney".  When I asked what state, he hung up.  I live in Indiana, so a 323 number calling an 812 number is a big red flag!
