323-489-7472 keeps calling me.  Almost daily.  Never anyone there to ask not to call back at the other end and they never leave a message.  I am fed up with it!

This number calls my aunt every day. He claims his name is Alan Parker with Microsoft and spoke with a fake Mid East accent until he gets angered and loses it pretty quickly. He claims they have a computer virus. I would be extremely skeptical of this call because she does not have a computer.

Beware this number is being used by a known scam artist.

There are two fun ways to get them to stop harassing. The first way is to say in a calm and polite voice "I have been instructed by my legal department to record this and all future calls do you consent to my recording this call."

The second one also works well with this crooks just say "This is 'my name' with the 'city name here' Police department how can I help you ?" then apologize and say that you had just worked a 12 hour shift and was so used to answering your work phone.

again using either of those two lines will not only get them to hang up the phone, but they will remove your number from their phone call list and you wont hear from them ever again.

I like those responses.  I hung on the line with him, played dumb for a long time and pretended to follow his instructions on my 'infected' computer.  I figure while I'm keeping him busy he can't be calling my little old mother or any others and scaring them.

this guy called me today and said that i have a virus on my computer... i cussed the hell out of him and he cussed back.. so i made him sooooooooo angrrrrrrrrrrrrrrry until he was gna cry and then he hung up. this is guy is mentally ill. if you call back the number another scammer will answer you and say he is from walmart.. just play along

This exact thing happened to me just a few minutes ago. I got weirded out and googled the number..and this came up. He started yelling in a different language when I told him I wasnt aware of the "virus" .. I called back and it was a line to redeem a walmart or target voucher. I wonder if theres anywhere to report them??

This person called supposed to be from Microsoft in CA and had an mid-western accent.  Stated my computer was generating some errors under windows 7 and needed me to connect to him through "team viewer".  When I told him I wasn't comfortable doing that, he just hung up.  

This guy just called me and after telling him 5 times that I don't have access to the computer he get angry and hung up. Worked for me, it'll work for you!

I receive a call  from this number saying my computer has a virus and that he is calling from Microsoft. I would like to know where they get my number from and how to report this company that is making those calls.

Just had someone that I could barely understand call me from "Microsoft" (right) telling me my computer had a virus and I needed to follow his instructions so I played dumb for a while and thanked him for calling me and told him I hoped it wasn't anything serious. Bored pretty quickly with that and told him I thought he better find him another sucker. Argued for a bit pretty much told him off and he hung up on me. Now he won't answer his phone when I call back. lol Give him a call 323-489-7472. If he answers I'm going to tell him I'm from Apple and we have detected a problem with his computer. lol

Got a similar call last night saying I had a computer virus, just finished up with another scam call recently which I got police involved to catch the impostor,, told this caller thanks for calling, I will be notifying my loca police and FBI

We keep getting hang ups from this number. If we answer they mention something about our computer and I hang up. We are on the National Do Not Call list. Plus my husband fixes computers and phones so these people need to stop calling. They did not start until I ordered from Walmart online. That is the only place I've ever ordered online from.

My daughter just got a call on her tracphone from a mideastern accented man. she told him not to call her back and hung up. He called back later and I answered and told him to quit calling he said he couldn't because I had a serious virus on my computer. I hung up on him and he keeps calling back. ugh!

Its a scam but, who do we report this jerk to so they can stop this.

I need this to STOP. This number has been calling me every day, all day while I'm at work. They tell me that they are from Microsoft and that my computer has viruses. My computer may have viruses but I have a Mac and I tend not to trust telemarketers. Can someone help?

Call from CA number about walmart and target gift card after you give them your credit card#-[***]- they also run a computer virus scam with some [***] indian trying to talk english.tell them to go eat a cow and get some good looking woman for a change

You receive a call from one "Indian" and you have to classify them with your racist remarks. I receive dozens of such telemarketing calls from American telemarketers each day. Shall I start calling them names now?

Didn't leave a message but continue to call. I don't know anyone from Los Angeles so I don't answer. I googled the number and turns out they are scammers!!! So glad I didn't answer.

Same thing happened to me. When I said I want by my computer he kept asking where I was!
