- AlI had two phone calls from the same hard to understand woman today, she used 888 285-1633 and 323 489-7474. She said she was calling from Microsoft and that someone had hacked my computer. I asked to talk to her supervisor and the second person also said it was Microsoft calling I told her the phone number was for All-Teck Management Support a company that claims to repair your computer on line, you pay in advance, according to their web site.
She hung up.- Caller: claimed it was Microsoft
- FrancesI got a call at 12:30pm from the #3234897474. The heavy accentented person claimed to be from Microsoft. He told me that my computer had been attacked and he needed to fix it. I told him we had 3 computers. He said to turn one of them on and he would show me what was wrong, (Red light) He then said to press the "windows flag" and the letter "R" at the same time. When that came up with a box he said to put the letters "eventvwr" and hit enter. I had a very hard time understanding him, he passed it to another equally hard to understand male. Then he said to exit that one and put in www.fiosis.net. I kept asking "what" and the phone changed hands again, another
so called "microsoft tech". I had become suspicious when the second guy took the phone and knew with 99% certainty that microsoft never calls. When I asked if I could verify that they were indeed from Microsoft the third voice hung up on me. - FrancesI got a call at 12:30pm from the #3234897474. - ZoeMy kid keep getting called by this number and they won't stop calling her, I think that the only way to get them to stop calling is to answer, tell them they are not from a real company, then hang up, this should get rid of your problem.
- E.J. HarveyI have received 3 calls from this number today. They told me that they were calling from Microsoft and that my computer has been hacked and that they can help fix it. Since I myself work in IT I knew this was not true. I have ask them to stop calling.
- MiscI am a victim of ID Theft and this number called my home. The woman spoke in very broken English and sounded like there was a time delay in the conversation, possibly calling from overseas. All I could understand was "confirm payday loan". When I declined she hung up. Nothing good coming from this number!
- JamesI called this number back and a message said it was a Walmart processing center And I had been given a $100 gift card valid with Walmart and target. Then a person answered the line asking 3 survey questions that had nothing to do with either store or shopping in general and said I needed to pay a simple 6.99 shipping cost. I told him I would have to call him back and looked this number up to find this. He did not speak broken English at all though. Seems to be about the only diff from everyone else
- TomGot this call from 323-489-7474 saying they were from Microsoft, and that my computer was sending out something over the last couple of weeks. I told them I had no internet for three months and then they were talking to someone in some Indian language, and then I hung up!
- dHJI receive calls from this number daily between 6-7 am. When I answer, the call disconnects. When I call the number, it is an automated message that states that I am eligible for a free $100 gift card from Wal-Mart. I am placed on hold indefinitely. Very frustrating!
- Caller: Wal-Mart
- GAnother Microsoft pretender scam.
- NI've been receiving calls daily from this number. Several times it had an automated message about a free wal-mart or target gift card. Today I answered and an Indian sounding person said, "Hello *******" (my name), I cut him off and said "I know this is a fake company and a scam; please stop calling this number." He actually said, "Sorry", then hung up.
LOL- Caller: most likely fake or a scam

SauerVery aggressive calling & recalling from 323 489 7474 heavily accented person claiming to be from Microsoft claiming they had received a " message that my computer had downloaded dangerous files from the internet." Caller requested that I open Safari & type www.remote123.org, which of course I did not. When I hang up they call again, angrily asking why I hung up. Twice more they rang. I stated that they were now harassing me and that I would report them, whereupon they hung up.
