This call center is a scam.  I have been following them for MONTHS.  Several #s, same script.  Don't give them the time of day.

im reporting this number and center to the better business bureau, because they had all my info. And tried to scam me into faxing them documents and asked if i had a lawyer...SCAM!!!

Just got a call from this number.  Called me by my first name and asked me for my lawyer's information and social security number.  Wouldn't tell me his name, company or anything else.  what  scam!

Just got a call from this number and its a load of very hard to understand idiots who want all your information.  They told me I needed my lawyer and it would be very bad if i didn't give them what they needed. They hung up when i started asking to many questions.

I received a message saying I needed to respond to a very important matter -- what is this?

I just got four calls from the number.  They told me there was a lawsuit against my name and social security number and wanted my attorney's name.  Gave me a phone number and told me to call Michael CArter, his attorney supervisor.  When I told him repeatedly to no longer call  me nor my cell, he said that the police will come to my job.  Wouldn't give me any information concerning what this is about.  This is a scam!!!

They did me like that yesterday. They called me twice. I called back because this sounded urgent. For one, no one spoke very good English. They told me that this was not a collection agency when I asked for information on how to take care of this. The person was very rude and hung up on me. I called back because at this point I was freaking out. She was rude to me yet again. I asked for a supervisor and she told me that there was not one. She even read off 3 things I was charged with. They didn't want to release any info about who they were. Thanks to all who have posted because I almost gave them info.

I also got a call from this number, they said my social was under state investigation. I call the State Attonerys office and asked for a State Investigator...he told me this is a SCAM...DO NOT CALL THEM BACK, DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATIONS.

man called today three times in a row.i have a sister in ca.so i grabbed the phone .he said my daughter needed a lawyer because the irs was going to have her arrested tomorrow. he said i need your information.i had very hard time to understanding what they were saying i ask him to repeat three times and then he yelled something at me i hung up.my daughter called them back a women answered she started yelling something my daughter hung up .they are scammers for sure .what is happening to the U.S .any more that is all you get from the phone company to the banks they say it is cheap labor.come on i don't believe that because they come over here buy all gas stations  , they wear the turbans and can not speak enough English ..what is happening here ..yeah i am mad !!!

Yea I got two calls at work from this number they left the same exact message twice...identical couldn't tell them apart..same guy, name Eric Asian..said he wanted me or my lawyer to return his call and it was time sensitive and if I didn't return his call and said good luck on what lays out before me.I haven't called them and I want thanks to u guys..this has been a big help reading yaws post.

I got a call from this number today and I ignored it, don't know anyone in ca. They left a voice mail saying its very important for me to call back and that if I didn't that he could not control what happened to me going further, and to wish me good luck.  I get to work tonight ( working 3rd shift) and there is a note saying they called my work, what is going on here?!

My guess is there trying to do identify theft..or steal money.I wouldn't give them any info..there is a reason there doing this.does anyone know exactly?

They called me today with the same BS.  I called my local Sheriff and even they told me it was a scam.....scary tho that they had my info.  Said call Mike Carter, but lady would never let me speak to Mike Carter.....said Sheriff would be to my job...mind you its my day off, tomorrow to arrest me.  yah like the Sheriff tells you when they are coming to arrest you....BIG SCAM!!!!  Be sure to report this if it happens to you!

This same guy called me 5 times back to back saying the same thing. They get mad when you play there game. I told him to get a real job his mom would be proud of, so he had someone else call by the name Johnny John. This creep said he want to have my dog and suck on my boobs. They are a scam and this has happened to many times. Never put your info on the internet especially for a loan. That's how they get your info.

Just got a call from this number.  Woman said, "We need your attorney's information."  I said, "What are you talking about?" to which she stated, "Are you aware you have a lawsuit and charges being filed against (stated my name and social security number) and told me to call back 1-323-513-8685 and ask for their attorney Michael Carcer and he would explain everything.

I kept asking whom she worked for and she kept saying Legal Fees.  This number showed up on my caller ID as Los Angeles, CA.  None of this sounded correct so I checked it out here first.  As I was checking I called the number and a recording says it is "no longer in service."  So, 1) this is the same Indian call center that was calling me about a month ago to give me an auto loan I never applied for and who has my information (scary), 2) the incoming number was spoofed, and 3) this is most definitely a scam.  I will turn them over to FCC and State Attorney's office if they call me again.

Also received a call from this number and they barely spoke english. They also tried to get my legal info and when I tried asking why they needed it, they quickly said, call back the same number they called from and they will have me speak to another person. I couldn't understand the name she said and I asked again, what was the name. She said it but I couldn't understand her. She then hung up. Someone said it was a collection/legal group for a payday loan co. I did take out a payday loan about a 2 yrs ago but it was paid off and the co. has my email and info. They have not contacted me since paying it off so this is a scam in my book. I will not call them back. I will be calling the payday loan co. though.

Ok, I receive the same message.....and I could barely understand this gut. When I tried to call the number back it says it not a working number....

I have received 2 calls from them.  One they actually spoke to me the other was a very threatening message.  They say I took out a payday loan that I am defaulted in.  That they are going to contact the sheriff and issue an arrest warrant for me.  I researched payday loans on line and then almost immediately started receiving these calls.
