On 8/17/09 at about 1:10 pm, I received a call from a woman asking for my husband by name.  When I told her he was unavailable and could I take a message, she rather sarcastically said, "No, thank you."  I then asked who was calling and she hung up. When I did a reverse search, it came back that the number is a land line out of Los Angeles, CA (we live in WA), but with unpublished name details.  I looked the number up on WTFcalls.net and discovered that the exact same thing happened to someone else July 28, 09 from the same number. They described her as very rude.  
If anyone knows who this is, please post it. Maybe then she'll stop. Thanks.

Just received a call from 323-545-9505. I did not answer. The caller ID was "CII."

Man called my home...when asked: Can I help you? Hung up om me! GRRR!

9/17/09: a brusque man asked for my husband, by first name only. Then asked if this was his home or office number without identifying himself. When I asked "who is this?" he answered, "CTI." I asked what they do and he answered "we're a technology company." They call a few times a day.

Sounds like they may have another number if not many. Got the same type of call. Told them i wasn't interested. He got defensive with me and try to put on the big sell. Seems like a big Scam

They call about once a week. It's been 3 weeks. They hang up after I hear it ring once.

they call here too often. every morning. ask for me by my first name and said they were a friend.
when i try to call them there is no answer

Very professional sounding man called.  He asked for my by name.  When I said, "I don't know how you got my number, I'm certain I've not any business with you PLUS I'm on the Do Not Call list" he hung up.  IRRITATING!

This bunch of loads has called me approximately 100 times over the past several months.  This is one of several numbers they use.  Another is 949-752-2879.  I seldom answer the phone if I see it's them.  One time I did, and someone wanted to sell me an investment.  Usually, if I answer, they just hang up.

They don't give up.  I have contacted my local police and even my state attorney general.  No help.  They just keep calling.  The most recent call was today.

These people need to be stopped and put in jail!!!

CTI calls me everyday at least once. If I answer there is nobody there. I have no idea who they are or what they want. CTI can go to hell.

They call every day/night.  I wish they would stop.

This 323-545-9505 number call me all the time around 8.30 pm. I am central time they never talk just hang up I also get the same call from 949-752-2870 Some energy group. They get your number from a Dun Bradstreet list nice to know they sells us out like that

CTI calls us constantly, and has for over a year, despite our being on the Do Not Call List. The caller is rude, and apparently is too stupid to understand that the previous owner of the business no longer works here or owns the company, or even that the company's name has changed! Today's call consisted of a man screaming our business' name and "YOU SUCK!". All I'd said was our business' name and "May I help you?"

Your congressman voted to approve these people can call and harass you legally. Please call your congressman to complain, ask them why they voted to approve it. They will lie and say congress did not approve it. But they did. They also let foriegn telemarketers call you leagally. Now why wold they do that. It is no longer about the voters but big business.
