I've gotten 6 or 8 calls from this number in the past week.  Twice they left a partial VM that starts at the same spot "...for the inconvenience"  The callback number they leave is different ... 661-670-2619

Two calls from this number in the past two days - no VM yet.

I found on 800notes that it's HRC or a fundraising firm representing them...  I donate enough to them so I won't be answering....

I called them back, and asked them to please take my number off their list, as I don't donate over the phone. They were very apologetic, and the person I talked to assured me I wouldn't be getting any more calls.

I was stupid enough to donate to the HRC for two years, even though they ignore low income gay and lesbians and treat transgender people like [***]. After I stopped donating (because I am unemployed and because of what I discovered about them) I started getting robocalls from this number soliciting donations. I've told them to stop and they still call. Really annoying, and between this and the amount of spam mail I get in the physical mailbox from non-profits I'm seriously considering never donating to anything again.

Four calls to my cell phone in the past two weeks.  No message.  No one there when I pick up.

This number is from the HRC. They wanted to ask me some questions - probably looking for donations - but I was busy and told them I couldn't do it. They didn't try again.

Yep, it is the HRC. I appreciate that they do but seriously, stop calling.

Have received numerous calls on my cell phone from this number recently. No message & no-one on line if I answer. Nuisance.

When will people realize that the "do not call list" is a sham and it hasn't worked at all. Why does one think it is a good idea for the federal government(FTC) have your contact information especially with the patriot act?

The National Do No Call List exempts non-for-profit, surveys, and political organizations... just an fyi

For nonprofits, etc. you still have the right to request no further calls.

The Do Not Call List is flawed because of all the loopholes Congress
Allowed to be written into it Years ago !
Charities , Political organizations & People doing surveys are all
Exempted from the DNC list. Plus any business or one of their entities you
have had a relationship with is exempt too.

Also crooks & con men aren't going to follow the rules of the DNC list
