Nasty lady left a message saying it was the IRS. They called many times (never did call before) and said they were filing a law suit.

Message was left on my home number from this number 618462-3632 saying that it's IRS and I have to call back at 323-786-0730

Got a call about a law suit

got a call from this # stating this is the IRS, and that they sent letters, which were returned because noone was home to sign for it. very aggressive, all speak with heavy accents.

The instant they called me and said that they're from the IRS, I knew they were a bunch of idiotic scammers. The IRS doesn't call you; they send a physical letter.

Just hang up on them.

I received a call on my machine stating that they are IRS and they file a law suit against me. They urge me
to call 323 786-0730. Somebody is trying to scare people.

Got a message of a Robotic voice saying that they have been trying to reach me and this is the final call and that the IRS is filing a case against me, and that I needed to call 323-786-0730, immediately.  I do not owe the IRS any money. Scam!  

We got the same call with this call back number. The original caller ID number was 607-734-9189 also on the books as being a scam number. Beware and DO NOT CALL THEM!

Caller identifies self as “from IRS, Internal Revenue Services [sic]” and says the organization is filing suit against me.  The message sounds like it comes from a voice synthesizer.

I guess the “s” at the end of “Services” is the scammers’ weird attempt to insulate themselves from the inevitable charge they are impersonating an officer or employee of the United States.

I received an automated voice mail that originated from 607-735-0870.  In the voice mail the caller stated that I was being sued by the IRS.  Also said that they were going to freeze my assets.  Told me to call back 323-786-0730.  I tried to call back only to let them know that I was aware of their scam but both numbers were disconnected.

Some dunbass from Pakistan trying to get in my face claiming they were with IRS and suing me.

Got a call from same # on my senior citizens father's machine. Stating they were from the IRS, this is a final attempt to contact, call back 323-786-0730.
Common sense...if it IS the IRS calling they would not only use the name of the person they are calling but they'd also give you a file # to reference when calling back.

Got a recorded message saying "they had been trying to reach and what I was being sued by the IRS.
When I called the number I got pre-recorded message about Magic Jack.

They did the same to me today. When I first heard the voicemail I was a little shocked, lol then I knew it was a scam. They said I had to pay a little over 1,200 so they wouldn't take it to court. Lol I just hung.

Just the the IRS Call leaving a message.  About the only thing I could understand was IRS and case.  no case number, no info, obvious scam.  They called from 618 462 3632 and told me to call 866 978 4398.  The 866 number did say I reached the irs, but the voice mail box was full, the jumped to the person was unavailable, then jumped to I reached a number in error.

Wish they would have reached me in person, would have been fun to play games with them for a bit.

02 Dec 2014  Got a call stating they were from the IRS attempting to reach us re filing a lawsuit against us. Left the number 323-786-0730 to call.
Do not call this number or give them any money.  The IRS would not leave such a message.
