this person keeps calling asking for certain people then hangs up

I got this number too

I would like to report that this telephone number keeps calling my residence and when I called the number back a female has answered the phone and hangs up when I ask who it is, and when I try calling back immediately after she hangs up a recording will then say that the number is disconnected. I would like to have this investigated. This is is causing a lot of problems in my new home along with my husband that we recently gotten married. Thank you very much for your help.

Yeah. they call. no sound. i thought i might've heard breathing? but i'm not sure. i hello'd a few times and then hung up.  this number calls ever so often. -_-

I answered this call and it was a woman she sounded African American.  It was quite at first and I kept saying hello and than she said "Shes there" than hung up.

What names do they ask for? Do you remember?

My name is Sally, my little sis and brother-in-law have been receiving lots of calls from this neighbor when she picks up the phone the lady asks for their last name which I prefer not naming. It's also a woman; she sounds like she's squeezing her nose when she talks. My sis questions her where she's calling from and the lady stays quiet and won't hang up until my sis ends call. My sis phone lets her know when the party ends call and she said that she mutes phone and caller has not ended the call. Please help these poor people; they have children. People that call can possibly be waiting for the person to say that it's her and they are either trying to break in or lay some big charges on her phone bill.

The lady sounded African American. I had to say "Hello" a few before she said something. I asked if I could take a message but she said "No" and just hanged up.

These people call and claim to give free estimates about your house and any future"work" you want to do with it. I have asked numerous times for them to remove me from their calling list and they do not. This has been over the course of two years now. The guy calling is Mexican and has an attitude when you tell him you don't want an estimate. It is very fishy because when you call back it has  voice mail saying the number is disconnected. Just another scam, so DON'T tell them you want work done to your home.

Weekly calls from these people asking about home projects. Asked to be removed from their list multiple times. The name they claim to use is Quality Construction.

I receive calls from this company all the time. After repeated request to be taken off their list they still call often, sometimes 3 times a day. Yesterday I pretended to go along with their scam and requested an estimate.The guy never showed up. The same thing happened to my dad, only he really did need some work done. If they can't show up for the estimate, I don't think they are going to show up for the work either. I think a deposit will be paid and then they will disappear. I did, however, get the name and toll free number of the company. I spoke with 'James' and he said the company name is Quality Construction and their toll free number is 888-466-3147. I think once we verify that this really is the company who has been calling us, we should call them often to let them know what it's like.

This is a telemarketing firm representing a home improvement center.  I have repeatedly asked to be removed from their list.  The calls started with a quote I requested from a Home Depot contractor.  The caller backed off when I started questioning him about the company.  They are a very shady firm.
