This number called my boyfriends cell twice today, did not leave a message either.

nobody said anything when they called

no-one answered, a very load beep and then a hang up

Thsi number calls my work cell phone at least once a day every week day and has done so for months now.

It is Tribute Bank and when you call they just say card services

(323) 843-5010 This number calls my house all the time and no one ever says anything. It's quite perplexing.

This number has been calling me about 10 times a day for one week - nights, daytime (before 8AM), saturdays and sundays. Does NOT let up. Does NOT leave a voicemail. Does anyone know if I can put a block on this number? I have no idea who it is but I do not like the fact they do not leave a voicemail of any kind!

They have started calling me and I don't know who they are.  I have an answering machine and the message is so garbled, I have to *69 to find out who it is.  I'm also getting calls on my cell phone from 877-944-9744, which according to Google is for various newspapers across the country, as far as San Jose, CA.  I'm on a NO CALL list -- how are they getting my cell phone #?

This is RIDICULOUS. I get seven to eight calls a day every day from that number, and they are on some kind of "list" that exemtps them from being blocked. How can we stop this?????? I even tried filing a complaint with the FCC and they won't help either. There HAS to be a way to block these people, they're telemarketers pretending to be creditors.

this number has called at least 15-20 in the last 2 days. At first i didn't answer because i was at work, but when i got home there were 8 missed calls from them, but no messages on the answering machine (they would just hang up).

Today (saturday) they have called about 8 more times, and I answered all the calls, but no one was on the line. Very strange. However this last time they called i got to speak with someone. They claimed to be "card services". and i asked what it pertained to, but they would not say, because they were calling for my roommate. I told them to stop harassing me, and to stop calling. i searched for "card services" online but it doesn't look to be a viable company. I think this may be a scam. what do you think
